摘  要：新时代，随着越来越多政治新闻与人文资讯在人们身边的开放与传播，大学生对国内外局势和思想政治理论产生浓厚的兴趣，但同时也有一些困扰和困惑，正需要通过“思政课”教师来引导和答疑释惑。因而，“思政课”教师在课程开展中的角色至关重要。该文从新时代大学生对“思政课”教师的期望入手，具体分析目前高校“思政课”教師的现状，从而为高校“思政课”教师新角色的塑造提供建议，以供参考。

Abstract： In the new era， with more and more political news and humanistic information opening and spreading around people， college students have a strong interest in the situation at home and abroad and ideological and political theory， but at the same time there are some puzzles and perplexities. It is necessary to guide and answer questions through ideological and political course teachers. Therefore， the teachers of ideological and political course play an important role in the development of the course. Starting with the expectation of college students for the teachers of ideological and political course in the new era， this paper analyzes the current situation of the teachers of ideological and political course in colleges and universities.This paper provides some suggestions for the new role of ideological and political course teachers in colleges and universities for reference.

由于教育长久以来对分数的侧重，使得我国人才的培养出现了“瘸腿”的现象，即培养了专项方面的人才却忽视了人才其他方面的不足及其在社会中所受到的影响。新时代，社会的发展更需要全面型人才的助力，因而思想政治理论课的开设成为了人才培养的重要环节。基于此，高校“思政课”教师有必要重新审视自己的职业所承载的使命，并对自身以往的状态加以调整，为即将步入社会的大学生提供良好的品德观念与健康的观念和思想。

1  新时代大学生对“思政课”教师的期望

1.1 任课教师德行与修养“在线”

思想政治理论课在高校中的开展本意是为即将踏出校园、步入社会的大学生们把控好道德建设的最后一关，以为其日后的发展建立坚实的道德基础，避免其在社会的种种诱惑中迷失方向。因而学生对这一科目的任课教师形象在潜意识中都存有道德行为范本的设定，学生们普遍期待在“思政课”教师身上看到人类道德的光辉与自我修养的模板。……
