摘  要：随着人工智能等现代科技的不断发展，在一定程度上加快了智慧时代的来临，改变着人们获取知识的方式与路径，内容传播逐渐显现出智能化、场景化、共享化特点的趋势，使得图书馆与用户之间的关系出现变化。公共图书馆作为推广全民阅读的主阵地，已经面临不得不變革的局势，以智能为媒介实现人、馆、资源互联，公共图书馆服务、运营以及空间生态均发生巨大改变，要求其所提供的一切服务都需密切围绕用户需求开展，着力塑造智慧型、泛在化服务的智慧文化空间，推动公共图书馆服务职能从“书”向“人”跨越。

Abstract： With the continuous development of modern technologies such as artificial intelligence， it has accelerated the advent of the era of intelligence to a certain extent， and has changed the way and path for people to obtain knowledge. Content dissemination has gradually shown the trend of intelligent， scene-based， and shared characteristics， resulting in changes in the relationship between the library and users. As the main front for the promotion of reading for all， public libraries are already facing a situation that has to be changed. Using intelligence as the medium to realize the interconnection of people， libraries， and resources， public library services， operations， and space ecology have undergone tremendous changes， requiring that all services they provide need to be developed closely around the needs of users， focus on shaping a smart and ubiquitous service， and promote the service function of public libraries to leap from "books" to "people".

习近平总书记在十九大报告中明确提出了“加快建设创新型国家”的发展目标，至此，“智慧社会”被正式提及。可以说，要想实现创新型国家的建设，推动社会可持续发展，“智慧社会”是必然趋势，智慧时代悄然而至，同时也明确了社会的发展方向。对此，图书馆应积极顺应时代发展，贴合新形势、新要求，基于“智慧时代”这一新视角，努力探索公共图书馆服务新路径，加快智慧图书馆建设，实现图书馆服务理念与模式的大变革。

1  智慧时代公共图书馆面临的挑战

当前，全球图书馆线下访问读者数量锐减，与之相应的，我国民众在阅读活动中对图书馆的利用意识较为淡薄，尤其是在现代信息技术、网络科技飞速发展的背景下，公共图书馆在知识传播链中所具有的渠道优势受到巨大冲击，其不仅要需要解决服务范畴窄、管理效率低等问题，还需要正视客户群体流失、生存空间被压缩的现实困境。……
