摘 要：产业兴旺是实施乡村振兴战略的首要任务，而农业是产业兴旺的基础和前提。实现农业高质量发展，对推进产业兴旺具有重要意义。近年来，赣州市把发展蔬菜产业作为推进脱贫攻坚、乡村振兴，实现农业农村现代化的关键抓手，在推动蔬菜产业高质量发展方面积累了有益经验。该文选取农业中的蔬菜产业，剖析赣州推进蔬菜产业高质量发展的具体实践，旨在探讨乡村振兴下农业高质量发展的运行机理和实现路径。

Abstract： Industrial prosperity is the primary task of Rural Revitalization Strategy， and agriculture is the basis and premise of industrial prosperity. The realization of high-quality development of agriculture is of great significance to the promotion of industrial prosperity. In recent years， Ganzhou City has taken the development of vegetable industry as the key to poverty alleviation， Rural Revitalization and agricultural and rural modernization， and explored beneficial experience in promoting the high-quality development of vegetable industry. This paper selects the vegetable industry in agriculture， analyzes the specific practice of promoting the high-quality development of vegetable industry in Ganzhou， and tries to investigate the operation mechanism and realization path of high-quality development of agriculture under the Rural Revitalization.

实施乡村振兴战略，是以习近平同志为核心的党中央从党和国家事业全局出发、着眼于实现“两个一百年”奋斗目标、顺应亿万农民对美好生活的向往作出的重大决策，是中国特色社会主义进入新时代做好“三农”工作的总抓手[1]。党的十九大将实施乡村振兴战略写入党章，上升为全党的共同意志。党的十九届五中全会提出，全面实施乡村振兴战略，走中国特色社会主义乡村振兴道路[2]。全面建设社会主义现代化国家新征程中，以产业兴旺、生态宜居、乡风文明、治理有效、生活富裕为总要求的乡村振兴战略成为“三农”政策的主题。而农业是国民经济中最重要的物质生产部门，同时也是最古老、最基础的部门。在乡村振兴背景下，农业强不强、农民富不富，决定着社会主义现代化的质量与成色。
