摘要：目的：分析彩色多普勒超声诊断乳腺癌的价值。方法：选择2012年2月至2020年2月期间乳腺癌患者40例作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法将其均分为两组，各20例，分别为对照组和观察组。其中对照组采用常规乳腺癌检测方法，观察组则采用彩色多普勒超声检测方法。观察两组患者检测乳腺癌的准确率。结果：经过检测，观察组检测乳腺癌的准确率明显优于对照组，两组数据差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：对乳腺癌患者使用彩色多普勒超声检查可提高临床诊断正确率，建议在临床上推广。

Abstract： Objective： Analysis of the value of color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of breast cancer. Methods： 40 breast cancer patients from February 2012 to February 2020 were selected as the research object， and they were divided into two groups with random number table method， 20 cases in each， which were control group and observation group. The control group use conventional breast cancer detection method， and the observation group use color Doppler ultrasonography. Observe the accuracy of detecting breast cancer in two groups of patients. Results： After detection， the accuracy of breast cancer detection in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group， and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion： The use of color Doppler ultrasonography in breast cancer patients can increase the clinical diagnosis rate， which is recommended to be popularized in clinical practice.

乳腺癌作為当今临床上女性常见的一种恶性肿瘤疾病，不仅拥有着较高的发病率，而且在女性疾病致死率中排名第一[1]。在本次研究中选取我院40名乳腺癌患者采用不同检测方式进行检测，研究报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

本文选取2012年2月-2020年2月期间乳腺癌患者40例作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法将其均分为对照组和观察组，各20例，以上全部患者入院时的检查均符合临床乳腺癌的判断标准。其中对照组女性年龄30-55岁，平均年龄（37.84±6.54）岁，病程3个月-7年，平均病程（4.14±1.12）年;观察组女性年龄32-57岁，平均年龄（39.75±7.14）岁，病程5个月-至9年，平均病程（4.51±1.41）年。以上患者均已同意本研究，并经我院伦理委员会批准。两组一般资料比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），因此具有可比性。

1.2 方法

1.2.1 对照组

对照组采用常规乳腺癌检测方法。
