摘要：本文首先简要阐述了科技管矿体系建设的重要价值和科技管矿体系设计和建设要点，进而分别从注重科技管矿建设、加强人才队伍建设、采矿机械设备管理、控制物资消耗情况、财务资源高效管理、严格落实监督职能等方面对矿产资源调整和优化路径进行研究，并探索今后矿产资源科技管矿体系的建设方向，旨在有效应对各种矿产资源的开采乱象，全面提高矿产资源管理效能。

Conception and Exploration on the Construction of Science and Technology Management System

Abstract： Firstly， this paper briefly expounds the important value of the construction of science and technology management system and the key points of the design and construction of science and technology management system， and then focuses on the construction of science and technology management system， strengthening the construction of talent team， mining machinery and equipment management， controlling material consumption， efficient management of financial resources Strictly implement the supervision function， study the adjustment and optimization path of mineral resources， and explore the construction direction of mineral resources science and technology management system in the future， in order to effectively deal with all kinds of mining chaos of mineral resources and comprehensively improve the efficiency of mineral resources management.

矿产资源集中于地下、地表，在自然环境下作用形成，呈现形态多样，不仅可以呈现为固态和液态，有时还以气态的形式存在，本身就具有较强的经济价值，与国民生活紧密相关，对社会经济发展起着十分重要的作用。近年来，随着城市化进程的加快，无论是矿产资源供需形势还是矿产资源综合管理都面临着诸多问题，需要积极采取措施，构建科技管控体系，全面提升矿产资源利用和开发效能。

1科技管矿体系建设的重要价值

由于滥采乱挖、无证开采等多种现象的出现，使得矿产资源浪费情况较为明显，亟须采取措施，加强矿产资源的利用和管理与对矿产资源的日常监控，以技术手段实现科技管矿。设计科技管矿体系，充分利用虚拟现实、井下空间等多种技术手段，实现线上、线下协同管控，构建形成全方位共同协作的监管体系，以矿产资源为核心效用，构建形成更加科学且完善的矿产资源监管体系，切实提高矿产资源开发利用效率。……
