摘 要：产科护理学为护生在校学习培养的核心课程，为解决传统产科教学形式单一、内容受限的问题，本课题组设计了一款基于虚拟仿真技术的产科护理游戏，开展基于案例互动式教学等方式的新型产科护理教学，激发学生自主学习和积极创新的潜能，提高教学效果。现就虚拟仿真技术在护理领域的优势及产科游戏的设计展开探讨，探索其在产科护理游戏设计中应用的可行性和必要性。

Design of Obstetric Nursing Game Based on Virtual Simulation Technology

Abstract：Obstetric nursing is the core course for nursing students to study and cultivate in school. In order to solve the problem of single traditional obstetric teaching form and limited content， The research group designed an obstetric nursing game based on virtual simulation technology， Carried out a new type of obstetric nursing teaching based on case interactive teaching and other methods， to stimulate students' potential of independent learning and positive innovation， and to improve teaching effect. This paper discusses the advantages of virtual simulation technology in the field of nursing and the design of obstetric games， and explores the feasibility and necessity of its application in the design of obstetric nursing games.

隨着2021年我国“三孩”政策的实施，孕产妇人数有所增加，为适应实现适度生育水平，提高出生人口质量需要，妇女保健机构的数量也有所提升，孕产妇及全社会人群对于孕期保健知识的需求也有所增加。虚拟仿真技术是采用以计算机技术为核心的现代高科技生成逼真的视、听、触觉一体化的特定范围的虚拟环境，用户借助必要的设备以自然的方式与虚拟环境中的对象进行交互作用、相互影响，从而产生等同于亲临真实环境的感受和体验[1]，具有交互性、逼真性、可视化等特征。随着近些年来虚拟仿真技术的飞速发展，其在医学教育领域已取得了许多重大成果，将虚拟仿真技术与教育游戏相结合的方式已成为在线医学教育全新且愈受关注的研究领域。

1 虚拟仿真技术应用于产科护理的必要性

1.1 产科护理教学的困境

正常分娩接产术技术性强、知识点抽象，护理学或助产学专业学生必须反复练习才能掌握技能、巩固相关理论知识[2]，该部分内容不仅对医务人员及医学生是极大的挑战，对孕产妇而言更是迫切的知识需求。……
