【摘  要】要想与世界接轨，进行语言沟通，英语成了人们的首选，尤其是我国加入世界贸易组织（WTO）之后，对英语实用性人才的需求大增，由此提升了英语学习力度，引发了全民学英语、用英语的浪潮。为了适应这一趋势，教育部从小学三年级就开设了英语课程，旨在让学生从小接触英语，养成终身学英语的好习惯。众所周知，儿童时期是学生语言能力培养和提升的关键时期，他们容易接受新鲜事物，消化吸收能力强，是学习中的一大优势，却因为教学手段单一、教学理念落后、教学环境缺失等问题，影响了英语教学工作的效率和质量。学生错失了学好英语的关键时机，令有见识的教育工作者们痛心不已，也成了他们积极探索有效教学策略的持久动力。

【Abstract】In order to connect with the world and communicate with the world， English has become the first choice of people. Especially after my countrys accession to the World Trade Organization （WTO）， the demand for practical English talents has increased greatly， which has increased the intensity of English learning and inspired the whole people. The wave of learning and using English. In order to adapt to this trend， the Ministry of Education has opened English courses since the third grade of elementary school， aiming to expose students to English from an early age and develop a good habit of learning English for life. As we all know， childhood is a critical period for students' language ability training and improvement. They are easy to accept new things and have strong digestion and absorption ability， which is a major advantage in learning. However， because of the single teaching method， backward teaching concept， lack of teaching environment and other problems， Affected the efficiency and quality of English teaching. Students missed the crucial opportunity to learn English well， which made knowledgeable educators heartbroken and became a lasting motivation for them to actively explore effective teaching strategies.

伴隨着新课程改革的实施，小学英语教学工作取得了显著的进步，改善了一些教学问题。但改革不是一蹴而就的，问题也不是一下就能消除殆尽的，还需要教师时刻反省，不断提升，在遵循学生成长规律与学习特征的基础上，争取达到投入少、收益高的教学成效，提升教学效率和质量。而笔者作为一名一线教育工作者，也发挥自身素养，履行自身职责，进行了多方探究，终有所获，如下所示：
