【摘  要】在幼儿园的教育教学中，家园合作是一个非常重要的内容，可以利用家长的资源优势，确保学前教育质量的提高。通过幼儿园和家庭共同教育的形式，可以确保幼儿全面、和谐的发展，只有加强家园共育，才能够很好地促进幼儿德智体美劳全面发展，才能够让他们养成一个良好的行为习惯，才能够促进他们身心健康发展。

【Abstract】In kindergarten education and teaching， home cooperation is a very important content， which can take advantage of the resources of parents to ensure the improvement of the quality of preschool education. 幼兒园教育是基础教育的基本部分，也是幼儿人生起步的初级阶段，这一阶段他们接受的教育，将会为他们更好地发展奠定一个良好的基础。在人生的初步教育阶段，需要幼儿园、家庭、社会形成合力，共同担负起培养幼儿的重要责任。因为幼儿处在懵懂阶段，需要学习的知识、行为习惯非常多，有些行为习惯在家中已经养成了，那么在幼儿园里就需要家长的配合，帮助其改正不良习惯或者是保持良好习惯，都离不开家长的帮助。幼儿教育是一个复合型工程，不是幼儿园一方面可以胜任的，也不是某一个家庭可以胜任的，必须两者形成合力才能够起到有效的教育作用。因此，家园共育的意义非常重大，需要在日常教育教学活动中贯彻到底，才能够保证幼儿健康快乐成长。

幼儿教育工作者一定要和家长保持良好的互动关系，这样才能够顺利开展各种教育教学活动，并能够取得良好的效果。……
