【摘  要】提高数学课堂教学效率一直以来都是小学数学教师追求的目标，作为义务教育阶段的基础学科，数学肩负着培养小学生逻辑思维和运用能力的重任。传统的数学教学弊端凸显，忽视小学生的主体地位，没有与小学生进行良好互动，小学生对数学的兴趣不足。因此，数学教师要从小学生的兴趣出发，创设趣味性的数学课堂，打造具有特色的数学课堂，以此推动小学生持续投入数学学习中。

【Abstract】Improving the efficiency of mathematics classroom teaching has always been the goal pursued by elementary school mathematics teachers. As a basic subject at the stage of compulsory education， mathematics shoulders the important task of cultivating pupils' logical thinking and application ability. The disadvantages of traditional mathematics teaching are prominent， ignoring the primary status of primary school students， failing to interact well with primary school students， and primary school students' lack of interest in mathematics. Therefore， mathematics teachers should start from the interests of primary school students， create interesting mathematics classrooms， and create unique mathematics classrooms， so as to promote primary school students to continue to invest in mathematics learning.

俗话说：兴趣是最好的老师。小学生学习数学凭借的是形象思维，在这么重要的打基础时期，必须确保小学生对数学感兴趣，积极地投入数学课堂中，运用数学知识解决实际问题。《数学课程标准》提出：数学课程要面向全体学生，符合学生的认知规律和心理特征，适应学生的个性化发展，获得基本的学习经验。在小学阶段如何提高数学教学的有效性是教师工作的重中之重，也是亟待教师解决的问题。根据教学实践得出，最有效的方法就是以激发小学生兴趣为导向，优化课堂教学模式，挖掘小学生的数学潜质，提高数学教学效率。本文笔者结合数学教学案例，通过分析数学教学中出现的问题，进而阐述兴趣导向下小学数学有效教学策略，以期给小学数学教学提供帮助。

一、小学数学教学中出现的问题分析

（一）小学生积极性不高，不愿配合教师

现在很多小学生都对学习数学不感兴趣，积极性不高，这是因为他们还没有领会学习的真正意义，没有清楚认知数学的重要性，同时学习能力还不高，无法全身心听课，数学学习效率较低。……
