摘 要 抑郁症是一种常见的心境障碍疾病，随着现代社会人们所承受的压力不断增大，其发病率正日趋增加。针灸治疗抑郁症疗效明确、无明显不良反应，具有较高的临床应用价值。现综述近年针灸治疗抑郁症的临床研究，从神经递质及受体、神经可塑性、神经内分泌免疫网络以及脑肠轴角度总结并探讨了针灸治疗抑郁症的机制，为临床针灸治疗抑郁症提供理论指导和科学依据。

Research progress of the mechanism of acupuncture and moxibustion for the treatment of depression*

ABSTRACT Depression is a common disease of mood disorder and its incidence is increasing with the increasing pressure on people in the modern society. Acupuncture and moxibustion has a clear curative effect， no obvious adverse reactions and high clinical application value in the treatment of depression. The clinical studies on acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of depression in recent years are summarized and discussed from the perspectives of neurotransmitters and receptors， neuroplasticity， neuroendocrineimmune network and brain-gut axis based on the existing research results and the mechanism of action is also explored so as to provide theoretical guidance and scientific basis for their clinical practice.

抑郁症主要以显著而持久的心境低落、躯体症状、思维迟缓、认知功能损害和意志活动减退为临床表现，严重影响患者身心健康。2017年WHO的调查数据显示，中国的抑郁障碍患病率达到4.2%[1]。西医治疗抑郁症主要依赖药物治疗如选择性5-羟色胺再摄取抑制剂（SSRIs）、三环类抗抑郁药物（TCAs）等，虽能取得一定疗效，但易形成依赖性及发生停药反应，且不良反应明显。而大量研究表明，针灸治疗抑郁症不仅疗效明确，且无明显不良反应，具有较高的临床应用价值。……
