马来西亚再次延长行动管制措施

2021年1月1日，马来西亚政府宣布，鉴于国内新冠病例数依然在显著增加，原定去年12月31日到期的全国范围实施的“复苏式行动管制令”将延长至3月31日。在此期间，不得举行难以保持社交距离的人员聚集活动，酒吧、夜店等场所禁止营业。目前，马来西亚累计新冠确诊病例已超10万。

泰国禁止疫情严重地区聚集性活动

2020年12月30日，泰国政府宣布为防控新冠疫情，即日起禁止国内疫情较严重地区的聚集性活动。度假胜地芭堤雅和邦拉蒙县当天开始实施全面限制措施。上述两个地区的所有商场、餐厅关闭，仅可提供外卖服务;便利店自22时至次日5时关闭;教育机构、游泳池、电影院、健身房、理发店等全部关闭;所有可能引发人群聚集的室内外活动场所全部关闭。该禁令适用于可能导致感染事件的聚集性活动。

泰国将中国春节定为法定假日

2020年12月29日，泰国内阁决定，2021年将增加八个法定特别假日，其中包括2月12日（即中国春节的农历大年初一），这是泰国首次将春节纳入全国公共假期。泰国文化部部长伊提蓬表示，增加假日有利于促进国内旅游业发展，带动各地经济增长。2021年泰国全年公共假期将增加至24天。

泰国“圣诞老人”骑大象送口罩

2020年12月23日，在泰国古都大城府街头，几名扮成圣诞老人的驯象师骑着装扮得富有圣诞特色的大象向人们派发口罩作为圣诞礼物。“骑大象的圣诞老人”年末到访学校、向孩子们派发礼物的传统在当地保持了约20年，礼物通常是糖果、玩具。今年由于新冠疫情，大象没有进入校园，而是在学校附近派发礼物，礼物也变成了口罩。

中国—东盟体育旅游活力月开幕

2020年12月19日，中国—东盟体育旅游活力月在广西防城港开幕。据了解，本次活力月活动由广西壮族自治区体育局、防城港市政府等联合举办，共设置中国—东盟体育旅游活力月开幕式暨体育产业高质量发展大会、中国—东盟体育旅游博览会、中国—东盟线上体育产品消费周、赛事活动四大板块内容。活动期间系列项目正式启动，为广西体育产业发展投石问路。

中马联合申报送王船申遗成功

2020年12月17日，中国和马来西亚联合申报的“送王船——有关人与海洋可持续联系的仪式及相关实践”获准列入联合国教科文组织人类非物质文化遗产代表作名录。“送王船”是广泛流传于中国福建闽南地区和马来西亚马六甲沿海地区崇祀“代天巡狩王爷”、抚慰海上遇难者的民间信俗。在闽南地区“送王船”每3到4年举办一次。

缅甸恢复国内航班运营

2020年12月16日起，缅甸允许国内航班在遵守相关防疫措施的前提下恢复运营，国际航班仍暂停运营。乘客们须持有未感染新冠病毒的核酸检测报告登机。缅甸国家航空（MNA）透露，缅甸国内航班复飞第一天，只售出20%可售机票，载客量远低于载客限制。缅甸自疫情暴发后，于2020年3月30日关停了国际航班，9月末关闭了国内航班，已暂停运营近3个月。

新加坡小贩文化成功申遗

2020年12月16日，联合国教科文组织非物质文化遗产政府间委员会召开第15届会议，宣布新加坡小贩文化等42个申遗项目列入世界非物质文化遗产名录。新加坡小贩文化是新加坡人生活的一部分，是当地独特饮食文化的代表。目前新加坡全岛已有超过120座小贩中心。小贩中心的环境整洁，食品物美价廉，一些小贩美食还荣登世界知名美食排行榜。

第15届中国—东盟文化论坛在桂林成功举办

2020年12月8日，第15届中国—东盟文化论坛在广西桂林市成功举办。本次论坛以“文化遗产的保护、传承与旅游开发”为主题，旨在推广中国与东盟各国文化遗产保护与传承的实践经验，探讨文化遗产与旅游业之间的关系以及融合发展的形式及路径，展望中国与东盟开展文化遗产交流与合作的愿景，助推中国与东盟各国文化共同繁荣，助力构建更为紧密的中国—东盟命运共同体。

2020中国—东盟博览会旅游展在桂林举行

2020年12月8日，2020中国—东盟博览会旅游展在广西桂林市开幕。本届旅游展在中国—东盟数字经济合作年和中国—东盟自由贸易区建成第10年背景下，以“共建‘一带一路共享数字旅游”为主题，旨在推动中国和东盟各国之间电子商务旅游、科技旅游、5G网络旅游、智慧城市旅游等领域的旅游展示、交流与合作。

印尼旅游业因新冠损失70亿美元

近日，印尼中央统计局数据显示，2020年10月印尼接待外籍游客15.82萬人次，比上月增加4.57%，但仍比2019年同期减少88.25%。目前，印尼旅游业受新冠疫情冲击而深陷困境，已损失大约70亿美元，盼望外国游客2021年回流。目前，印尼已经或筹划搭建与几个周边国家之间的“旅游走廊”，在符合防疫要求的前提下为游客入境提供便利。

东盟使节体验节气文化

Tourism website releases new travel tips product

Hebei makes big push in agritourism

Cruise tourism resumes in Chinas Xisha Islands

Qinghai-Tibet Plateau was once a verdant haven

Dec. 11， 2020 （Xinhua） — Chinese paleontologists have determined that， about 47 million years ago， subtropical forests once existed on the high-altitude Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. The conclusion was drawn based on the large number of fossils found in the Baingoin Basin at an altitude of nearly 5，000 meters during the second comprehensive scientific expedition to the plateau.

Hainan offshore duty-free sales surged for 2020

Yunnans reserve sees the return of wild elephants

Dec. 17， 2020 （China Daily） — Eighteen wild Asian elephants were spotted in a nature reserve in the Xishuangbanna Dai Autonomous Prefecture of southwest Chinas Yunnan Province. Drones and infrared cameras captured footage of the herd， which included 11 adult elephants and seven calves， according to Wang Bo， Deputy Head of the Menglun Management and Protection Station.

China to grant 21 tourist attractions 5A rating

Dec. 17， 2020 （Xinhua） — China is planning to grant another 21 tourist attractions 5A rating， according to the Ministry of Culture and Tourism. The tourist zone of Daming Palace in northwest Chinas Shaanxi Province， one of the imperial palaces that dates back to the Tang Dynasty （618-907）， and the Taohuayuan Scenic Area， in central Chinas Hunan Province， are among the selected attractions. Recommended by local tourism administrations and evaluated following standards and regulations set by the ministry， the list of the attractions is open for public review until Dec. 25. Being the topmost level in Chinas tourist attraction rating system， a 5A rating indicates exceptional overall tourism quality.
