[摘要]目的：探讨综合护理干预对皮肤激光美容治疗患者情绪及并发症的影响。方法：将2016年7月-2017年12月在笔者医院皮肤科进行激光美容治疗的92例患者，随机分成两组。对照组采用传统的常规护理方法，观察组采用综合护理方法。观察和比较两组患者护理后的情绪、生活质量、不良反应及满意度情况。结果：护理后，观察组焦虑自评量表（Self-rating anxiety scale，SAS）和抑郁自评量表（Self-rating depression scale，SDS）评分、不良反应发生率均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;观察组生活质量评分和满意度均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：与常规护理相比，综合性护理能显著改善激光美容治疗患者情绪，提高其自我护理的水平及治疗后的生活质量，减少不良反应的发生，值得在临床上推广。

Influence of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Emotion and Complications of Patients with Skin Laser Treatment

Abstract： Objective  To dicuss the effects on mood and complications in patients with skin laser treatment using comprehensive nursing intervention. Methods  92 patients with skin laser treatment admitted into the dermatology department in our hospital from July 2016 to December 2017 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with traditional routine nursing， the observation group was treated with comprehensive nursing intervention. The emotion， quality of life， adverse reactions and satisfaction were observed and comparedbetween the two groups. Results  After nursing， the scores of SAS and SDS， the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group were lower than those in the control group， the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）. The scores of quality of life and satisfaction in the observation group were both higher than those in the control group （P<0.05）. Conclusion  Compared with conventional nursing， comprehensive nursing intervention can significantly improve the mood andthe levels of self-care and quality of life ， and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in patients with skin laser cosmetology， which is worthy for clinical promotion.

激光美容，是將高能量、高穿透力、高组织吸收度的光波波段照射人体面部多个美容穴位，改变局部皮肤真皮层的胶原纤维和弹力纤维分子结构，或封闭病变部位的血管，达到光学美容的效果。选择性光热作用理论的提出，拓宽了激光在美容领域的应用[1]。尽管激光美容具有手术切口小、出血量少或不出血、组织损伤小等优势，但是高能量的强脉冲或多或少可对皮肤产生损害，可出现短暂的红斑、皮肤感染及浅表的糜烂等并发症[2]，且激光美容后的皮肤短时间内敏感度较高，故激光治疗后的护理不可或缺。综合护理模式具有传统护理模式不具备的优势，但目前综合护理模式未形成统一的标准，故本研究探究综合护理干预对皮肤激光美容治疗患者情绪及并发症的影响，为未来继续探索护理模式提供新依据。
