[摘要]目的：探討黄金微针射频联合透明质酸在面部皮肤年轻化中的应用效果及安全性。方法：选取2017年2月-2018年2月于笔者医院就诊的皮肤老化患者120例，数字随机表法分为对照组（n=60）和观察组（n=60）。对照组给予光子嫩肤治疗，观察组给予黄金微针射频联合透明质酸治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果，术后并发症及复发率情况。结果：观察组治疗总有效率、术后并发症发生率分别为91.67%、6.67%，显著优于对照组（78.33%、21.67%），差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组术后6个月、12个月时复发率显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;术后3个月、15个月，两组复发情况比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：黄金微针射频联合透明质酸能够通过重塑其皮肤结构，促进皮肤的修复，以达到面部皮肤年轻化的作用，且安全性较高，短期复发率更低，值得临床推广应用。

Application Effect and Safety of Gold Microneedle Radio Frequency Combined with Hyaluronic Acid in Facial Skin Rejuvenation

Abstract： Objective  To study the application effect and safety of gold microneedle radio frequency combined with hyaluronic acid in facial skin rejuvenation. Methods  120 patients with skin aging who visited our hospital between February 2017 and February 2018 were selected and divided into the control group（n=60） and the observation group（n=60） by digital random table method. Patients in the control group were treated with photon rejuvenation， while patients in the observation group were treated with gold microneedle radio frequency combined with hyaluronic acid. The therapeutic effect， postoperative complications and follow-up recurrence rate of the two groups were compared. Results  The total effective rate and the incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group were 91.67%， 6.67%， significantly better than those in the control group （78.33%， 21.67%）， the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）. During the follow-up， the recurrence rate of patients in the observation group at 6 months and 12 months after operation was significantly lower than those in the control group （P<0.05）. 3 months and 15 months after operation， there were no significant difference in recurrence between the two groups （P>0.05）. Conclusion  Gold microneedle radio frequency combined with hyaluronic acid can reshape its skin structure and promote skin repair， so as to achieve the effect of facial skin rejuvenation， with high safety and lower short-term recurrence rate， which is worthy of clinical application.

随着社会的发展，大众对美的需求也进一步提高，各种美容技术应势而生。对于面部皮肤老化的治疗，药物收效甚微，物理疗法是目前临床多采用的方法[1]。光子嫩肤为最常用的治疗方案，其主要是通过强光化学效应改善皮肤微循环状态，促进胶原蛋白的合成，从而改善皮肤老化情况[2]。黄金微针射频技术常用于修复皮肤瘢痕、治疗腋臭[3]，其是微针与电波功能的结合，不仅具有微针刺激赋活因子产生的作用，且具有电波刺激胶原蛋白合成重组的功能[4]，而透明质酸具有恢复皮肤生理功能的作用[5]，两者均对面部皮肤年轻化有积极治疗意义，但目前临床关于两者联合应用于面部年轻化的研究较少，故本次研究将两种治疗方法联合应用，旨在为临床面部年轻化治疗提供更为有效的方法。……
