茚嗪氟草胺及其代谢物在柑橘和土壤中的残留及消解动态

摘要 :为明确茚嗪氟草胺及其代谢物indaziflamdiaminotriazine (INDD),indaziflamcarboxylic acid (INDC),indaziflamtriazineindanone (INDT),indaziflamhydroxyethyl (INDH),indaziflamolefin (INDO)在柑橘和土壤中的残留消解动态及最终残留,样品采用乙腈提取,二氯甲烷净化,液相色谱串联质谱法(LCMS/MS)检测。茚嗪氟草胺,INDC,INDT,INDH和 INDO在柑橘(果皮、果肉、全果)和土壤中的最低检测浓度(LOQ)为0.01 mg/kg,INDD 的LOQ为0.02 mg/kg。残留消解动态试验结果表明,茚嗪氟草胺在柑橘园土壤中的半衰期为15.07~16.12 d,在柑橘中的残留量低于LOQ,其代谢物在柑橘和土壤中的残留量皆低于LOQ。最终残留试验结果表明,500 g/L茚嗪氟草胺悬浮剂分别按有效成分用量100 g/hm2和150 g/hm2于杂草出苗前定向封闭施药1次,柑橘收获期(药后86 d)茚嗪氟草胺及其代谢物在柑橘和土壤中的残留量皆低于LOQ。

Residues and dissipation dynamic of indaziflam and its metabolites in orange and soil

Abstract :In order to determine the dissipation dynamic and final residues of indaziflam 500 g/L SC and its metabolites, including indaziflamdiaminotriazine (INDD),indaziflamcarboxylic acid (INDC), indaziflamtriazineindanone (INDT),indaziflamhydroxyethyl (INDH) and indaziflamolefin (INDO), in orange (peel, flesh, whole fruit) and soil, the samples were extracted by acetonitrile, purified by dichloromethane, and detected by liquid chromatographymass spectrometry (LCMS/MS). The limits of quantitation (LOQs) of indaziflam, INDC, INDT, INDH and INDO in the peel, flesh, whole fruit of orange and soil were 0.01 mg/kg and that of INDD was 0.02 mg/kg. Digestion dynamic analysis showed that the halflife of indaziflam in soil was 15.07-16.12 d. However, the residues of indaziflams metabolites in the peel, flesh, whole fruit and soil were below their corresponding LOQs. Under the application of indaziflam at 100 g/hm2 and 150 g/hm2in the soil at the weed preemergence period, the final residues of indaziflam and its metabolites in orange and soil were below their corresponding LOQs when the orange was ripe and harvested (86 d after treatment).

茚嗪氟草胺(indaziflam)又名三嗪茚草胺(結构式见图1),是德国拜尔公司开发的一种新型灭生性芽前除草剂,其作用机理是通过抑制纤维素的生物合成,并作用于分生细胞生长来有效防除杂草[12]。该除草剂具有防治谱广、药效高、持效期长、用量低等优点,广泛用于草坪、水果(如柑橘、葡萄、梨等)、甘蔗等作物田防除一年生禾本科杂草与阔叶杂草[34]。茚嗪氟草胺常见的代谢物有indaziflamdiaminotriazine (INDD),indaziflamcarboxylic acid (INDC),indaziflamtriazineindanone (INDT),indaziflamhydroxyethyl (INDH)和indaziflamolefin (INDO),在土壤、蔬菜和水果中常被检出[56],对生态环境和食品安全存在潜在的风险[7]。该除草剂及其代谢物常用的残留分析方法有液相色谱串联质谱法(LCMS/MS),超高效液相串联质谱(UPLCMS/MS), 高效液相色谱(HPLC)等[56]。本研究通过田间施用500 g/L茚嗪氟草胺悬浮剂,采用LCMS/MS法研究其在柑橘园土壤及柑橘果实中的残留消解和最终残留水平,旨在为该除草剂的合理使用和残留监管提供科学依据。……
