摘要 ：为探明不同品种烟草对斜纹夜蛾生活史和产卵选择行为的影响，随机选取了选育品种‘中烟100和‘湘烟5号，地方品种‘双管晒烟和‘梁桥晒烟，野生种‘八旦野生烟和‘长花烟草，测试斜纹夜蛾幼虫取食不同品种烟草后的生活史参数及成虫的产卵选择行为。结果表明，不同品种烟草对斜纹夜蛾的死亡率、发育历期、蛹重、蛹期、羽化率、成虫体重都有显著影响。按斜纹夜蛾的蛹重、羽化率和成虫干重从大到小对其所取食的烟草品种类型排序，依次为选育品种>地方品种>野生种;死亡率、蛹期和发育历期，从大到小依次为野生种>地方品种>选育品种。斜纹夜蛾对不同烟草品种的产卵选择偏好性存在差异，其中最偏好在选育品种上产卵，其次为地方品种，最不喜野生种。研究表明野生种烟草相对选育和地方品种而言对斜纹夜蛾抗性更高。

Effects of tobacco varieties on the life cycle and oviposition selection behavior of Spodoptera litura

Abstract ：To explore the effects of different tobacco varieties on the life cycle and oviposition selection behavior of Spodoptera litura， six tobacco varieties were randomly selected， including the bred varieties ‘Zhongyan 100 and ‘Xiangyan 5， the local varieties ‘Shuangguan suncured tobacco and ‘Liangqiao suncured tobacco， and the wild varieties ‘Badan wild tobacco and ‘Changhua tobacco. The developmental performance and oviposition behavior of S.litura on different varieties of tobacco were tested. Different varieties of tobacco had significant effects on the death rate， developmental period， pupa weight， pupa stage， pupa eclosion rate and adult dry weight of S.litura. The pupa weight， pupa eclosion rate and adult dry weight of S.litura were ranked in the order of bred varieties>local varieties>wild varieties; the death rate， pupa stage and developmental period were ranked in the order of wild varieties>local variety>bred variety. The oviposition behavior of S.litura was significantly different across tobacco varieties. S.litura adults preferred to oviposit on bred varieties， followed by local and wild varieties， in that order. We conclude that wild tobacco varieties have higher resistance to S.litura than local and bred varieties.

斜紋夜蛾Spodoptera litura的寄主植物广泛，多达300余种，较喜取食茄科植物，是为害我国烟草的主要害虫之一[1]。烟草自明代传入我国，栽培历史悠久，是我国非常重要的经济作物和模式作物[2]。斜纹夜蛾幼虫喜食烟草叶片，造成叶片残缺，从而影响烟草的光合作用和物质积累，造成烟草质量的降低，幼虫进入暴食期后，会严重为害全株烟草，致使烟草严重减产甚至绝收，给烟草产业造成了巨大的经济损失[1]。目前主要以化学防治来控制斜纹夜蛾对烟草的为害，但是随着国家对生态环境的重视以及人们对农药残留的关注，筛选优质抗虫的烟草种质资源，充分挖掘利用植物本身的抗虫性，成为有效防治斜纹夜蛾的新途径之一。
