摘要：在全球化背景下，创新链与产业链的有机结合决定着行业的创新能力，并推动了产业的升级转型。一方面，产业链与创新链的融合能够推动创新与产业的有机融合，有利于促进产业的发展，也有利于创新绩效的提升。另一方面，创新链与产业链的融合可以优化资源的合理配置，通过集聚优势资源建立行业龙头企业，从而加固整条产业链的发展，提升资源利用效率。本文通过对国内外产业链、创新链融合发展的相关文献进行梳理，分析了创新链的内涵与特征，对国内外学者关于创新链、产业链融合研究的最新文献进行了梳理。最后，从创新链、产业链融合的内在机理、外部支撑体系、长效机制等方面，提出了现有研究的局限性和未来研究展望。

Abstract： Under the background of globalization， the organic combination of innovation chain and industrial chain determines the innovation capacity of the industry and promotes the upgrading and transformation of the industry. On the one hand， the integration of industrial chain and innovation chain can promote the organic integration of innovation and industry， promote the development of industry and improve innovation performance. On the other hand， the integration of innovation chain and industry chain can optimize the rational allocation of resources and establish leading enterprises in the industry by gathering superior resources， thus strengthening the development of the whole industry chain and improving the efficiency of resource utilization. This paper analyzes the connotation and characteristics of innovation chain by sorting out relevant literature on the integration development of industrial chain and innovation chain at home and abroad， and summarizes the latest literature on the integration of innovation chain and industry chain by domestic and foreign scholars. Finally， the limitations of existing research and future research prospects are proposed from the internal mechanism， external support system and long-term mechanism of innovation chain and industry chain integration.

1 创新链的内涵与特征

1.1创新链的内涵

创新理论由奥地利经济学家熊·彼特（Joseph Alois Schumpeter）于1912年在《经济发展理论》一书中最先提出，这也是创新链最早的理论来源。此后，随着社会发展和科技进步，国内外学者基于熊·彼特的理论对创新有新的了解和认识，完善了相关创新理论[1]。

关于创新链的内涵，不同学者通过不同角度进行定义。Mango以知识供应链的视角阐释了创新链，指出创新链是以满足市场需求为前提条件，通过一个核心创新主体与其他创新主体联系起来，共同协作完成知识供给、技术供给和产品供给等创新活动 [2]。……
