摘要：分析了国内外高粱发展的概况，以及甘肃省高粱产业已经具备的区位优势、产业基础优势、科技优势，并结合目前高粱生产中存在的实际问题，从4个方面提出了甘肃省高粱产业发展策略，产学研相结合，加大高粱产业技术体系建设，联合攻关振兴高粱产业链;以集成技术为突破口建立现代高粱示范基地，发挥辐射带动典型效应;实行人才和育种激励机制，加速高粱育、繁、推一体化;以产业与扶貧工作融合为先导，加大政策扶持力度。

Abstract：This paper summarized the present situation of the development of the barley industry at domestic and foreign， and combined with the present situation of the development of barley industry in Gansu， analyzed the development of the barley industry in Gansu advantage and the existing problems of low level of mechanization， low standardization technology of quality and high-yield， and low level of industrialization， and from the increase of barley industry policy support， the framework of good barley supply and marketing system， strengthen the cultivation of new barley varieties， strengthen the research on cultivation techniques is proposed to promote Gansu barley industry development， the effective ways to help farmers out of poverty 'income.

高粱[Sorghum bicolor （L.） Moench]又称蜀黍[1 ]，C4作物，其光合效率高，生理优势强。既是旱粮作物又是重要粮饲和酿造原 料[2 ]，属于经济作物[3 ]。近年来，随着国家种植业结构的不断优化和供给侧结构的改革，甘肃高粱面积及产量均稳中有升，发展势头良好。随之衍生的高粱酿造业及畜牧饲料业的崛起，使得高粱市场出现局部供不应求的现象。随着甘肃高粱种植区位优势和国家高粱产业技术体系的延伸，高粱在农业生产中的产业优势和发展空间突显，大力发展高粱产业对增加种植户效益，振兴高粱产业链，推动甘肃省国民经济发展具有重要意义。

1   甘肃省高粱生产现状

全国高粱栽培区依气候环境特征的不同分春播早熟区、春播晚熟区、春夏兼播区和南方区[4 ]，甘肃、辽宁、河北、山西、陕西省大部， 北京、天津、新疆等地属春播晚熟区。20世纪70年代以前甘肃高粱种植面积7万 hm2左右，总产占到粮食总量的46%，是当地农业人口的主粮，在解决当时粮食危机问题方面发挥了重要作用。……
