【摘  要】小学六年级法治教育专册旨在通过专门的法治教育，帮助学生了解法律、学习法律、运用法律维护合法权利，帮助学生初步树立法治观念，逐渐形成法治思维。如何将“法律专册”课程中抽象的、生涩的法律条文，在儿童认知可以接受的思维方式落实，本文从三个方面阐述，即梳理教学内容，普及法治概念;采取多样的教学方法，深化法治理解;组织丰富的实践活动，落实好“法治专册”培养学生法治思维的任务，进而落实思政课立德树人的根本任务。

【Abstract】The sixth grade primary school rule of law booklet is intended to help students understand the law， learn the law， and use the law to protect their legal rights through the special rule of law education. Through the rule of law education， it helps young people to initially establish the concept of rule of law and gradually form the rule of law thinking. How to implement the abstract and jerky legal provisions in the "Legal Book" course in the child's cognitive and acceptable way of thinking， the article expounds from three aspects， combing the teaching content， popularizing the concept of the rule of law; adopting various teaching methods to deepen Understanding of the rule of law; organizing a wealth of practical activities; implementing the task of cultivating students' rule of law thinking in the “Legal Rule Booklet”， and then implementing the fundamental task of ethics and morality.

一、厘清容易混淆的概念知識，普及法治常识

教材为教师的教授和学生的学习提供了一个载体，法律教育专册为开展法治教育培养学生的法治思维提供了有效支持。作为“道德与法治”课程教师，必须从教学内容上区分教材中容易混淆的专业概念知识，用浅显易懂的语言和方式，让学生明白法律知识，以便在法律素养下培养学生的法治观念。

法治是社会主义核心价值观的重要组成部分，是社会治理的重要武器。“法治教育”专册课程是开展法律教育的主渠道，是对学生进行法治教育的有效方式。党的十八届四中全会在《中共中央关于全面推进依法治国若干重大问题的决定》中提出，把法治教育纳入国民教育体系，从青少年抓起，在中小学设立法治知识课堂。“法治教育”专册教材涉及关于法律的知识内容非常多。……
