为全面贯彻落实习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想和党的十九大精神，深学笃用习近平外交思想，发挥职能优势、主动谋划作为，更加有效地以“大外事”服务“大开放”推动“大发展”，2020年，市政府外办以及市友协办赴各区县开展“兴转促”专题调研工作，深入了解各区县优势特点、外事工作、对外经贸等情况。通过考察、座谈交流，充分利用外交外事资源、渠道和优势，服务区县开放发展和中西部国际交往中心建设，进一步落实外事服务企业发展，助力企业复工复产，助力企业“走出去”。同时，各区县为进一步精准做好工作对接，充分发挥外事职能、用好资源优势，主动策划外事活动，推动各区县全方位、多层次、宽领域开展国际合作交流工作。

In order to fully implement Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and the guiding principles of the 19th CPC National Congress， deeply learn and practice Xi Jinping Thought on Diplomacy， give full play to functional advantages， proactively plan for future actions， and effectively promote “big foreign affairs” to serve“big opening” and propel "big development"， in 2020， Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal People's Government and Chongqing People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries visited districts and counties for special “transformation and implementation” surveys， and a deep understanding of advantages and characteristics， foreign affairs and foreign trade of various districts and counties. Through inspections， meetings and exchanges， we've been trying to make full use of diplomatic and foreign affairs resources， channels and advantages， serve the open development of districts and counties and the construction of international exchange center in Central and Western China， further promote the development of foreign affairs service enterprises， help enterprises resume work and production， and assist enterprises to "go global." At the same time， all districts and counties have taken the initiative to plan foreign affairs activities and promote all-round， multi-level， and wide-ranged international cooperation and exchanges in all districts and counties in order to coordinate work， give full play to foreign affairs functions and make good use of resources in a targeted manner.

创新开展“外事大讲堂”系列讲座

2020年8月以来，市政府外办组织开展“修练内功、夯实创新发展能力”学习培训活动，陆续推出“外事大讲堂”系列讲座。邀请乌拉圭、匈牙利等国驻渝领事官员作国情专题讲座，邀请经济、法律、金融等领域专家学者作专题辅导，帮助全市外事系统提升国际视野，推动加强与有关国家交流合作。
