2020年以来，受全球新冠肺炎疫情影响，国际人员往来受阻，但重庆的国际文化舞台依然活跃。在统筹做好涉外疫情防控工作基础上，全市着眼疫情常态化防控下开展对外交往的新特点、新要求，有力促进各领域对外交流与合作。各国驻重庆、成都总领事馆与重庆的文化交流不断深入，在渝举行了文化交流周、摄影展、美食周等丰富多彩的活动，通过展览、讲座、赛事等多种形式，充分展示各国人文风韵，同时使中国文化在有效的渠道和平台上更好地传播，促进重庆与各国的友谊持续升温。

Since 2020， due to the sudden onslaught of global COVID-19 epidemic， international personnel exchanges had been interrupted， but Chongqings international cultural stage was still on the go. On the basis of coordinating the foreign-related epidemic prevention and control work， the whole city had vigorously promoted foreign exchanges and cooperation in various fields by pinpointing new characteristics and requirements of foreign exchanges under the epidemic context. The cultural exchanges between the consulates general of various countries in Chongqing and Chengdu have unremittingly deepened with the city. A variety of cultural exchange events such as cultural exchange week， photography exhibition， and food week had been held in Chongqing. Different cultures were converged and fused via various forms such as exhibitions， lectures， and competitions， which fully demonstrated the cultural charm of various countries， enabled the Chinese culture to be better spread via effective channels and platforms， and continuously enhanced the friendship between Chongqing and various countries.

天地—2020乌拉圭&阿根廷&中国文化交流周

2020年1月3日，由乌拉圭大使馆、乌拉圭驻重庆总领事馆、阿根廷大使馆、重庆国际文化交流中心及路易斯·菲利佩·诺亚基金会联合主办的“天地—2020乌拉圭&阿根廷&中国文化交流周”在重庆黄桷坪举行。来自阿根廷、乌拉圭及中国的多位艺术家联合参展，并围绕作品与国家及地区背景文化进行深入交流，为艺术家提供了一个开放的当代文化艺术展示与交流平台，对拉美国家与中国西南地区的艺术交流与合作起到了推动作用。

锋“羽”同行2020JW万豪杯外国驻渝总领事馆羽毛球友谊赛

2020年6月13日，为纪念匈牙利驻重庆总领事馆开馆10周年，由匈牙利驻重庆总领事馆和重庆JW万豪酒店共同主办的锋“羽”同行2020JW万豪杯外国驻渝总领事馆羽毛球友谊赛在九龙坡区举行。来自匈牙利、荷兰、日本、意大利、乌拉圭等国驻重庆总领事馆，市政府外办、渝中区、九龙坡区和JW万豪酒店等单位共30余人参赛，彼此的友谊在运动中得到升华。……
