【摘    要】班主任作为家校合作的沟通者，是家长和学校配合的关键所在。为了帮助学生创造良好的学习氛围，班主任做好学校和家庭之间的沟通工作至关重要，因此初中班主任应该清楚地了解每一位学生的家庭情况。笔者结合自己在教学中的经验，分析了初中生与家庭、学校的关系以及初中生的特点，并探究切实可行的家校合作方法，以期帮助初中班主任做好家校沟通工作。

【Abstract】As a communicator of home-school cooperation， the head teacher is the key to the cooperation between parents and the school. In order to help students create a good learning atmosphere， it is very important for the head teacher to do a good job of communication between the school and the family. Therefore， the junior high school head teacher should clearly understand the family situation of each student. Combining my own teaching experience， the author analyzes the relationship between junior high school students and their families and schools， as well as the characteristics of junior high school students， and explores practical methods of home-school cooperation in order to help junior high school head teachers to do home-school communication.

一、初中班主任的家校沟通工作现状

要想让初中的家校沟通工作顺利进行，初中班主任必须清楚家校沟通工作现状，才能进行策略的调整，使其更加适合初中生的家校沟通情况，从而真正帮助初中生成长。初中班主任的家校沟通工作现状具体如下：

（一）班主任不够重视家校沟通

目前，初中班主任未能全面认识到家校沟通的重要性。很多班主任认为学校是学生学习的主要场域，而家庭是让学生放松的场域，甚至忽略了家庭对学生造成的影响。家庭教育对于学生的世界观、人生观、价值观的形成有着十分重要的作用，这些会直接影响到学校教育的可实现性。

（二）家长不能主动与学校沟通

很多家长不能主动与学校沟通孩子的情况，不能与学校合作以帮助孩子成长。很多家长把孩子放到学校，就事不关己了。一旦出现问题，家长就追究学校的责任，把一切重担都丢给学校。……
