摘 要：[目的/意义]探究舆情在跨平台社交网络中的传播规律，分析个体因素和外部环境共同影响下的舆情传播过程，提出能有效调节舆情在跨平台社交网络传播的措施。[方法/过程]使用无标度网络模拟跨平台社交网络环境，在SEIR模型的基础上分析个体因素、外部好友环境和外部平台环境对用户状态变化的影响，构建基于跨平台社交网络的舆情传播模型，并通过MATLAB对此模型中涉及的主要因素进行模拟分析。[结果/结论]实验结果表明，本文所构建的跨平台社交网络舆情传播模型能较准确地描述舆情在真实环境中的传播特点，跨平台社交网络能提高舆情信息的关注热度并扩大影響范围;外部平台环境和外部好友环境均会对跨平台社交网络中舆情传播产生影响;通过控制平台的传播阈值和退出阈值能有效管理舆情在跨平台社交网络中的传播与扩散。

Abstract：[Purpose/Significance]Explore the spread rule of public opinion in cross-platform social networks，analyze the process of public opinion propagation under the influence of individual factors and external environment，and propose measures that can adjust the spread of public opinion on cross-platform social networks effectively.[Method/Process]It used scale-free network to simulate cross-platform social network environment，and analyzed the influence of individual factors，external friend environment and external platform environment on user status changes based on SEIR model，and built a public opinion propagation model based on cross-platform social network，simulated and analyzed the main factors involved in this model with MATLAB.[Result/Conclusion]The experimental results showed that the public opinion propagation model of cross-platform social network constructed in this paper could describe the propagation characteristics of public opinion in the real environment accurately.Cross-platform social networks could increase the popularity of public opinion information and expand the scope of influence.Both the external platform environment and the external friend environment had an impact on the spread of public opinion in cross-platform social networks.By controlling the propagation threshold and the exit threshold of the platform can manage the spread of public opinion on cross-platform social network effectively.
