摘 要：通过对现代学徒制在汽车维修专业运用中存在的问题进行分析，对观念思想难以统一、企业角色扮演单一、课程结构设计老旧、理论为主实操为辅的几个问题进行归纳，总结出了现代学徒制在高职汽车维修专业中运用与实践中存在的阻碍，并针对这些阻碍给出了若干改善策略，从各方角色角度进行了系统的分析，解决了现代学徒制运用道路中的拦路虎，为综合素质人才培养铺平道路。

The Application and Practice of Modern Apprentice System in Automobile Maintenance Specialty in Higher Vocational Education

Abstract：Through the analysis of the problems existing in the application of modern apprenticeship in the automotive maintenance profession， several problems are summarized， such as the difficulty of unifying concepts and thoughts， the single role playing of the enterprise， the outdated curriculum structure design， and the theory-based practical operation supplemented. The article summarizes the obstacles that exist in the application and practice of modern apprenticeship in higher vocational car maintenance majors， and gives a number of improvement strategies for these obstacles， conducts a systematic analysis from the perspective of various roles， and removes the obstacles in the application of modern apprenticeship to pave the way for the cultivation of comprehensive quality talents.

現代学徒制是教育部与2014年提出的强化产教融合、校企合作的新模式，与传统的订单班不同，此种模式更加注重学生技能的培养，采用了校企通过更加深入的合作共同参与人才的培养，该模式强调了人才培养的过程，而不是以就业为导向的结果培养，在人才培养方面更加适合现代化的经济发展人才需求。现代学徒制运用到高职汽车维修专业中，为该专业人才的培养注入了新的活力，打破传统的人才培养模式，不断精益化人才培养的过程，实现真正的人才供给对接。过程中也发现了一些问题阻碍了现代学徒制的运用，这些问题是从多角度展现出来的，需要进行系统的改善，为现代学徒制在汽车维修专业中运用铺平道路。

1 现代学徒制在汽车维修专业存在的问题

1.1 观念思想难以统一

传统的高职院校汽车维修专业培养人才的目标是以就业为目的，企业只是在人才需求方面采用了定制式需求，二者的人才供需关系是校企合作的桥梁，高职院校扮演的是人才培养的角色，企业扮演的是人才使用上，而这种模式却存在与现代学徒制的理念冲突。……
