摘 要：本文对汽车塑料外观件对整车尺寸的影响和控制方法进行探讨，从塑料翼子板、前后保及前门裙板等外观覆盖件切入，分别从这些零件的材料组成，物理特性，设计制作及装配工艺进行讲述，并与传统钣金覆盖件进行对比，通过分析塑料件在整车装配中实际产生的尺寸问题，制定解决措施并总结经验，为后续车型大面积使用塑料外饰件的尺寸问题解决及零件装配等工艺优化具有重要意义。

The Influence of Automobile Plastic Exterior Parts on the Exterior Size of the Whole Vehicle and its Control Method

Abstract：This article discusses the influence of automotive plastic exterior parts on the size of the entire vehicle and the control methods， starting from the appearance covering parts such as plastic fenders， front and rear guards， and front door skirt panels， respectively， from the material composition， physical characteristics， design and manufacture of these parts. The assembly process is described and compared with traditional sheet metal panels. By analyzing the actual size problems of plastic parts in the assembly of the whole vehicle， formulating solutions and summing up experience， the size problems of using plastic exterior parts in a large area for subsequent models process optimization such as solution and part assembly is of great significance.

1 背景

塑料在國外的发展已经有上百年的历史了，从最开始的普通塑料到后来的工程塑料再到现在能够完全替代部分金属的特种塑料，塑料俨然有替代金属材料的发展趋势。面对着国内外能源的紧缺，汽车轻量化的改革已经成为各大汽车制造商的重要法宝，汽车的自重每减少10%，燃油（行驶能量）的消耗可降低6%～8%，为此降低整车质量，便成为轻量化的关键而塑料的应用显然具有得天独厚的优势。由此，以塑代钢的思想必将是汽车行业的一个重要发展方向。据统计全世界平均每辆汽车的塑料用量在2000年就已达105kg，约占汽车总重量的8%～12%。目前，发达国家的汽车塑料使用量占汽车总质量的平均比例已经达到15%以上 部分国家则超过了20%，其塑料的应用范围除了普通的外观覆盖件外已经广泛应用于汽车上的功能零部件，如塑料翼子板、门内模块、前端模块、背胎盒以及背门系统等。而在国内塑料工业的基础还比较薄弱与国外比还存在相当大的差距，而汽车用塑料的占比也只有8%左右，前面所述在国外已经相当成熟的塑料零部件，大多数也还处于研究阶段。……
