摘 要：通过分析高职院校发展汽车定损与评估专业需要解决的问题，并对现有高职院校发展汽车定损与评估专业的经验进行总结，认为高职院校发展汽车定损与评估专业应该以汽车学院为主导跨学院合作的形式开设，且课程设置需注意提升评估类课程比重，同时实训课程可采用顶岗实习和订单班的方式进行产教融合。

Discussion on the Development of Automobile Evaluation Specialty in Higher Vocational Colleges

——Analysis of experience from five universities

Abstract：By analyzing the problems that need to be solved in the development of automobile loss assessment and assessment majors in higher vocational colleges， and summarizing the existing experience in the development of automobile loss assessment and assessment majors in higher vocational colleges， the article believed that the development of Evaluation majors should be opened in the form of inter-academic cooperation led by the Automobile College， and the curriculum should be set up to increase the proportion of evaluation courses. At the same time， practical training courses can adopt internships and order classes to integrate production and education.

1 高職院校发展汽车定损与评估专业的背景

疫情下我国二手车行业交易量同比有所下降，根据汽车流通协会的统计数据，2020年前7个月交易量为677.79万辆，同比下降16%。但从历年二手车市场累计交易量变化趋势来看，二手车市场规模将保持继续增长， 2015年至2019年由942万辆增长至2019年1492万辆（增长58%），交易额从2015年5525亿元增长至9357亿元（增长69%）。汽车定损与评估工作是二手车交易不可或缺的工作，机动车鉴定评估师（原二手车鉴定评估师）等机动车鉴定评估人才则自然成为二手车市场供不应求的从业人员。另外，汽车评估行业也是近些年国家政策重视的行业。国家商务部分别于2005年、2012年颁布的《二手车市场管理办法》、《关于促进汽车流通业“十二五”发展的指导意见》都有要求“积极推动、培育、引导和规范二手车市场发展”。为了继续规范和引导二手车市场的发展，降低市场门槛，2016年国务院发布的《关于取消一批职业资格许可和认定事项的决定》取消“二手车鉴定评估师”职业资格。……
