摘 要：在绿色交通的条件下，以层次分析法对拉萨市居民公共交通出行的影响因素进行分析，得到居民公共交通出行主要影响因素是经济性和环保意识，其次为便捷性和个人偏好以及出行者的年龄。提出以提高经济性和增强环保意识为主，兼顾便捷性和个人偏好以及年龄为辅的公共交通出行引导策略。

Research on Lhasa Public Transportation Travel Guidance Based on Green Transportation

Abstract：Under the conditions of green transportation， using the analytic hierarchy process to analyze the influencing factors of Lhasa residents' public transportation trips， the article finds that the main influencing factors of residents' public transportation trips are economy and environmental protection awareness， followed by convenience， personal preferences and the age of the traveller. The article proposes a public transportation travel guidance strategy that focuses on improving economy and enhancing environmental protection awareness， taking into account convenience and personal preferences，and the age of traveler.

1 引言

绿色交通是建设以公共交通为主体，步行和非机动交通为有力支撑，融个体机动交通为一体，各方式之间良好换乘，协调发展，能够减低交通拥挤，降低环境污染，促进社会公平，节省建设维护费用而发展低污染，有利于城市环境的多元化城市交通运输系统。

拉萨别称逻些、日光城，是国务院批复确定的中国具有高原和民族特色的国际旅游城市，旅游业的发展对拉萨交通有着更高的要求，而交通的快速发展会带来道路拥堵、尾气排放量增多等问题，会造成严重的环境污染，因其特殊的地理位置，环境污染治理相对其它城市更为困难。本文基于绿色交通对拉萨公共交通出行引导进行研究，有利于引导公众选择公共交通出行，调整出行结构，实现绿色出行，从而减低交通对环境的污染，对拉萨持续化发展意义重大。

2 研究综述

国内对于居民出行引导方面进行了比较多的研究。刘梅运用结构方程模型的方法构建了低碳出行理论模型，分析影响城市居民低碳出行的主要因素[1]。……
