摘 要：企业推进质量管理体系建设的目的是期望通过一整套标准要求，来简化企业在各贸易环境中的互相理解和认同。内部审核对于评价企业质量管理体系绩效很重要，规范企业内部审核活动更是尤其重要和紧迫。企业内部质量管理体系审核的主要目的在于识别企业运行薄弱环节、发现问题，及时采取纠正和预防措施，并举一反三开展横向排查整改，使质量管理体系不断优化提升、持续改进。

On the Audit of Internal Quality Management System in Manufacturing Enterprises

Abstract：The purpose of enterprises to promote the construction of quality management system is to expect a set of standard requirements to simplify the mutual understanding and recognition of enterprises in various trading environments.  Internal audit is very important for evaluating the performance of the company's quality management system， and it is especially important and urgent to standardize the internal audit activities of the company.  The main purpose of the internal quality management system audit of the enterprise is to identify the weak links in the operation of the enterprise， find problems， take corrective and preventive measures in a timely manner， and carry out horizontal investigation and rectification in one after another， so that the quality management system is continuously optimized and improved.

1 引言

企业推进质量管理体系建设的目的是期望通过一整套标准要求，来简化企业在各贸易环境中的互相理解和认同。推进质量管理体系建设能够帮助企业全流程提升整体绩效水平，确保企业能够持续稳定的提供满足目标客户及法律法规要求的产品和服务。质量管理体系建设促进质量管理各项工作都达到流程化、标准化、制度化、体系化，有助于推动质量管理工作的落实，有益于质量目标达成，增强企业产品和服务竞争力，最终带来经济效益。实现体系创造价值。

质量管理体系建设形成的整套系统性的标准文件并非摆设，而是用来规范企业内各个过程的活动，同时也是企业谋求获得第三方认证注册资格的资料之一。一方面看整套系统性的标准文件编写是否符合国家法律法规、行业标准的要求;另一方面看企业内各个过程的活动是否按照文件的要求执行。……
