摘 要：为更好的提升汽车维修的成效，压缩维修周期，为消费者提供更为高效的维修服务。汽车维修人员将电子诊断作为维修工作升级重点，对现有的维修手段、策略做出调整，并取得了较好的成效。文章从实际角度出发，认真梳理汽车电子诊断框架下汽车维修的方式方法，旨在为积极推进汽车维修方法的创新，发挥电子诊断在汽车设备故障诊断、维修方面的积极作用。

In-depth Analysis of the Application of Electronic Diagnosis in Modern Automobile Maintenance Technology

Abstract：The purpose of this article is to find ways to better improve the effectiveness of vehicle maintenance， shorten the maintenance cycle， and provide consumers with more efficient maintenance services. Auto maintenance personnel takes electronic diagnosis as the focus of maintenance work upgrades， adjusts the existing maintenance methods and strategies， and achieves good results. From a practical point of view， the article carefully sorts out the methods and methods of automobile maintenance under the framework of automobile electronic diagnosis， and aims to actively promote the innovation of automobile maintenance methods and play an active role of electronic diagnosis in automobile equipment fault diagnosis and maintenance.

1 引言

根据公安部门公布的统计数据来看，截止目前我国汽车保有量持续上升，而汽车维修企业的数量保持在67万家的高水位，汽车维修从业人员470万人，年产值超过三千亿人民币。出于提升自身竞争力，扩大市场份额的考量，越来越多的汽车维修企业，尝试进行技术革新，将电子诊断引入到维修领域，通过故障诊断、维修方法的升级，实现对汽车发动机、悬架系统、驱动系统等单元模块故障的快速诊断以及科学处理，从而缩短维修周期，为消费者提供更为高效的服务。

2 汽车电子诊断概述

对汽车电子诊断的全面分析与概括，有助于工作人员准确把握汽车电子诊断的内涵与特点，在思维层面形成正确的认知，为后续汽车维修方法的创新与完善提供了方向性引导。

汽车电子诊断主要包括了传感器、电子控制模块以及控制程序等几大部分，随着技术手段的日益成熟，电子诊断被广泛应用于各类车型的研发、设计之中。……
