摘 要：随着城市化进程的不断加快，交通行业作为现代社会运转及城市发展中的重要环节，影响着人们日常的出行及生活。而传统交通工程施工时，由于科技水平与思维方式的局限，相关单位忽视了现场管理工作的重要性，且缺乏足够完善有效的管理机制，导致现场管理水平不足。为了解决这些问题，相关单位及人员需要加强自身思想观念的转变，加强对施工现场管理工作的了解与重视，并为其制定科学完善的管理制度，确保施工现场管理工作的顺利进行，进而推动我国现代交通工程及行业整体的健康发展。下面主要对现代交通工程施工现场管理方面进行分析探究。

Abstract：As the process of urbanization continues to accelerate， the transportation industry， as an important link in the operation of modern society and urban development， affects people's daily travel and life. However， during the construction of traditional traffic engineering， due to the limitation of technology level and way of thinking， relevant units ignored the importance of on-site management work， and lacked a sufficiently complete and effective management mechanism， resulting in insufficient on-site management. In order to solve these problems， relevant units and personnel need to strengthen their own thoughts and concepts， strengthen their understanding and attention to construction site management， and formulate a scientific and complete management system for them to ensure the smooth progress of construction site management， thereby promoting the healthy development of modern transportation engineering and the industry as a whole. The following mainly analyzes and explores the aspects of modern traffic engineering construction site management.

1 交通工程施工现场管理的具体特点

1.1 动态性特点

通常情况下，由于交通工程施工过程中需要涉及到较多的领域与专业，且消耗大量的时间进行施工。因此，在进行施工及现场管理等工作时，相关人员需要以路段为基础，根据该路段的施工特点与进度进行实际管理工作。同时，还可以对施工人员、工序等方面进行调整，充分展現出现代交通工程施工现场管理的动态性特点，并对工程施工现场管理工作的水平与质量进行保障[1]。
