摘 要：随着当今社会的不斷发展和进步，人们对于生活的要求也在不断地提高之中，而作为当今社会中非常重要的汽车工业来说同样也是如此。如今人们社会中汽车作为一种常见的交通工具来说，人们对其的需求量在日益增加之中，在这样的背景下就需要更多且水平更高的汽车技术与服务人员作为后盾，这类人才大多数出自于高职系统之中。高职的教育目的就是为了能够给社会培育出更多专业性的人才，因此在汽车方面也设立了对应的专业。

Research on the Method of Organically Combining Social Service and Learning for Automobile Major Students

Abstract：With the continuous development and progress of today's society， people's requirements for life are constantly improving， and the same is true for the very important automobile industry in today's society. Nowadays， as a common means of transportation in peoples society， peoples demand for automobiles is increasing day by day. Under such a background， more and more advanced automotive technology and service personnel are needed as backing. Most of these talents come from the higher vocational system. The purpose of higher vocational education is to cultivate more professional talents for the society， so corresponding specialties are also set up in the automobile industry.

1 引言

如今汽车作为日常消费品也逐渐进入了寻常百姓家，我国的汽车保有量也在这样的背景之下日益增加。汽车保有量的增加并不是整个行业的全部，同时还需要有对应的维修和服务人员作为支撑。我国需要更多的专业人才，目前这类人才极度缺乏，这也就给高职教育中汽车专业的学生们提出了更大的挑战。

2 当前汽车专业教学存在的问题

2.1 教师专业水平有待提高

为了能够有效地解决当前高职教育中汽车专业教学所存在的问题，相关人员首先需要清楚和了解的内容就是当前教学中存在的问题，只有对问题进行了分析和把控才能够针对性地提出对应的解决策略从而化解这一局面。汽车是一种集机电液于一体的复杂的高科技产品，因此对应的汽车维修也就单独成为了一种技术工种，高职学生们在日常的学习过程中能够有效地掌握这种技术，从很大程度上来说是受到专业教师的技术水平所决定，因此，在实际的教学过程中任课教师的专业知识水平高低是整体教学的一个关键问题[1]。……
