摘 要：我国高等教育紧跟现代教育改革的步伐，冲破了传统教育的框架，衍生出了新的发展方向，即提高了对大学生创业团队的关注度，高校创新创业训练项目由此而生。创新创业训练项目是新兴的一项重要教学内容，对于促进大学生的长远发展有着极其深远的意义。本文笔者拟通过研究新时代大学生创业团队参与创新创业训练项目的积极意义，接着着重分析了目前我国高校创新创业训练项目的教学现状，最后针对这些现状，提出了自己的想法和思考。

Analysis on the Innovation Research of the New Era College Student Entrepreneurship Team Participating in Innovation and Entrepreneurship Training

Abstract：China's higher education closely follows the pace of modern education reform， breaks through the traditional education framework， and derives a new development direction， which is to increase the attention to the entrepreneurial team of college students， and the college innovation and entrepreneurship training program was born. The innovation and entrepreneurship training program is a new and important teaching content， which has far-reaching significance for promoting the long-term development of college students. The author of this article intends to study the positive significance of college student entrepreneurial teams participating in innovation and entrepreneurship training programs in the new era， and then focuses on analyzing the current teaching status of innovation and entrepreneurship training programs in universities in my country， and finally puts forward the authors ideas and reflections on these status quo.

1 引言

高等教育开设创新创业训练项目，并将其放到教育体系的重要地位，是十分有必要的。创新创业训练项目一经问世，就得到了社会大众的广泛关注，它发展出了培养人才的新模式，可以实现大学生的综合发展。所以，这就要求广大相关教育工作者深入研究创新创业训练项目，致力于探索出一条可行性强的教学方案，旨在焕发大学生创业的念头，提高创新创业训练项目教学的有效性。

2 新时代大学生创业团队参与创新创业训练项目的积极意义

随着我国综合国力和经济发展水平的不断提升，市场上对人才也提出了新的要求，普通高校毕业生的就业压力剧增，很容易陷入“毕业即失业”的泥潭。在新时代教育背景下，大学生创业团队参与创新创业训练项目，对于实现自身的全面发展有着重大意义，主要体现在以下几个方面：
