【摘  要】思想政治工作是我们党团结和凝聚广大人民群众的有利法宝，中国共产党之所以能够取得革命事业的胜利，就是因为重视思想政治工作。在如今事业单位分类改革的大背景下，培训机构和学协会的人事管理问题日益凸显，加强思想政治工作，有利于人事工作的推进和开展。论文首先阐述了培训机构人事思政工作中存在的一些问题，然后对加强思想政治工作对人事工作的推进作用进行了分析，最后对加强培训机构思想政治工作提出了建议和对策。

【Abstract】Ideological and political work is a good magic weapon for our Party to unite the broad masses of the people. The reason why the Communist Party of China can win the revolutionary cause is that it attaches great importance to ideological and political work. Under the background of classification reform of public institutions， personnel management problems of training institutions and academic associations are increasingly prominent. Strengthening ideological and political work is conducive to the promotion and development of personnel work. This paper firstly expounds some problems existing in the personnel ideological and political work of training institutions， then analyzes the role of strengthening ideological and political work to promote personnel work， and finally puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures to strengthen the ideological and political work of training institutions.

1 培训机构在人事思想工作中存在的问题

1.1 对思想政治工作缺少重视

培训机构对思想政治工作的重视普遍不够、意识不强。在事业单位分类改革的大背景下，一些学协会、培训中心与机关脱钩，相继合并或撤销重组，加上社会上本身培训机构的竞争，培训行业本身就是非垄断行业，客观上导致了大部分培训机构和脱钩后的学协会只看中业务收入，把精力都放在业务工作当中[1]，从而轻视了思想政治工作，认为收入和业务才是首要的任务。

1.2 对思想教育活动缺乏积极性

培训机构和学协会对收入的过分看重和依赖，导致了其根本没有时间精力对思想政治工作用心，直接导致了培训机构思想政治工作流于形式。近年来，在上级部门的要求下，虽然开展了一些思想政治教育，如“不忘初心、牢记使命”“两学一做”、党的群众路线等专题教育活动，但由于单位小、人员少，并且面临改革，这些活动往往是任务式完成，职工对其根本缺少热情和积极性。……
