【摘  要】运用生命周期理论结合产业联盟创新绩效相关研究，将产业联盟的生命周期按其动态演化进程划分为“准备-构建-成长-成熟-衰退”五个阶段。论文分别从联盟生命周期五阶段探讨了联盟特征，并深入分析了不同生命周期创新绩效的影响因素，以期为产业联盟创新绩效的评价及提升提供理论依据与实践参考。

【Abstract】Using life cycle theory and related research on innovation performance of industrial alliances， the life cycle of industrial alliances is divided into five stages： "preparation-construction-growth-maturity-decline" according to its dynamic evolution process. This paper discusses the characteristics of alliance from five stages of alliance life cycle， and deeply analyzes the influencing factors of innovation performance in different life cycles， so as to provide theoretical basis and practical reference for the evaluation and promotion of innovation performance in industrial alliance.

1 引言

科学技术的进步和全球宏观经济结构的转变导致产业共性问题日益突出，单个企业的技术创新成本大且风险高，企业的发展越来越依赖于整个产业的发展水平，产业技术创新战略联盟（简称：产业联盟）应运而生。产业联盟是由企业、大学、科研机构或其他组织机构，以企业的发展需求和各方的共同利益为基础，以提升产业技术创新能力为目标，以具有法律约束力的契约为保障，形成的联合开发、优势互补、利益共享、风险共担的技术创新合作组织。产业联盟的创新绩效的提高，能最大效度提升產业联盟的核心竞争力，促进联盟目标的实现，从而推动产业整体向前发展。本文根据产业联盟生命周期的各阶段特征，总结归纳各生命周期的产业联盟创新绩效的影响因素，并对联盟创新绩效的提升提出实践建议。
