【摘  要】大型企业在不断拓展经营规模和业务范围，市场竞争愈演愈烈。企业需要“以新应新”“以变应变”，积极迎接挑战，改善企业经营管理。目前，企业财务管理的模式落后，为实现财务管理的目标，打破财务与业务相脱节的局面，利用财务共享平台，将企业的业务与财务融合，促进企业可持续发展。

【Abstract】Large enterprises continue to expand the scale and scope of business， market competition has become increasingly fierce. Enterprises need to "meet innovation with innovation" and "react to change with change" ， and actively meet the challenges to improve business management. At present， the mode of enterprise financial management is backward. In order to achieve the goal of financial management and break the disjunction between finance and business， it is necessary to use the financial sharing platform to integrate the business and finance of the enterprise and promote the sustainable development of the enterprise.

1 相关理论概述

1.1 业财融合的概述

业财融合，是指将财务工作和业务工作通过业财融合将两者有机结合，并经过特定的语言将其转化为让人一目了然、通俗易懂的信息报告，从而协助高层管理者和其他员工了解认识业务流程，让财务人员熟知企业的情况。

1.2 财务共享下业财融合的概述

1.2.1 财务共享的定义

共享服务分为很多种类，而财务共享就是其中之一，是将企业的财务集中在一个新的业务单元处理，该业务单元设有专门的管理机构，并进行标准化、系统化的处理，力求使反应速度更快、信息更透明、运营成本更低和管理风险更小。

1.2.2 财务共享下业财融合模式的内涵

业财融合将财务共享中解放出来的财务人员充分利用，让他们对业务活动进行全过程的支持和控制：事前预测、事中关注和控制、事后进行绩效考核和信息反馈。相较于其他模式，既要理解企业日常经营业务，又要了解企业的发展战略，还要将庞大的数据转换成有效信息，这涉及不同的层次、模块、职能之间的整合。……
