【摘  要】档案管理一直以来都是机关事业单位和企业管理工作的重点内容，对各行各业的建设与发展具有广泛且深远的影响，一旦没有做好档案管理，则难以真正呈现工作质量，无法对工作效率进行科学评估与改善，影响工作决策正确性。论文从新时期的档案管理视角出发，概述档案管理工作的重要意义，结合多年从事调水方面的档案工作经验，对档案管理现状进行相应分析，以期为我国新时期的档案管理事业贡献一份微薄力量。

【Abstract】Archives Management has always been the focus of the management work of government organs， institutions and enterprises. It has a broad and far-reaching impact on the construction and development of all walks of life. Once archives management is not done well， it is difficult to truly present the quality of work， and can not scientifically evaluate and improve the work efficiency， and affect the correctness of work decisions. Starting from the perspective of archives management in the new period， this paper summarizes the significance of archives management work， and analyzes the current situation of archives management based on years of experience in archives work in water diversion， so as to contribute a meager strength to the archives management in the new period of China.

1 引言

目前，我国档案管理工作在新时期背景下出现了巨大变化，呈现出档案资源数据日益丰富、档案信息愈加多元化的特征，加之计算机技术、网络技术的快速发展，传统的档案管理工作理念、方式、方法、管理制度逐渐暴露出越来越多的问题，难以顺应新时期的发展需求。在此形势下，改革创新档案管理工作刻不容缓。因此，研究新时期的档案管理工作十分必要，是摆在我国各地、各级档案机构面前的重要任务。

2 新时期的档案管理工作意义

档案资源包含历史发展与过去工作情况，能够给机关工作顺利开展，社会进步提供可靠依据，新时期档案管理工作的重要意义主要体现在以下两方面：

首先，无论任何时期，档案都可以作为真实的历史凭证，是工作主要参考资料，形成于社会实践活动过程，信息不是后人自行编造，保证了历史情况记录的客观性。……
