摘    要：为对中国青少年体质健康政策研究中研究对象飘移现象进行分析，采用逻辑分析法与内容分析法等，认为中国青少年体质健康政策研究中的研究对象飘移是搁置研究对象的明确框定而实施研究的思路和行文状态，具体体现为研究对象替代、研究对象隐匿和研究对象归一。该现象的出现主要源于中国青少年体质健康具有一定的社会共识基础;“青少年体质健康政策”的上位概念不清晰;中国青少年体质健康问题致因的复杂性。中国青少年体质健康政策是中国政府为了促进青少年体质健康而出台的具有普遍约束意义的文件、法律、法规等，根据青少年体质健康政策的作用可分为“测量政策”和“促进政策”;从中国青少年体质健康政策内容维度来看，包括体育、教育、卫生、营养和睡眠等。在中国青少年体质健康政策研究过程中，要明确研究对象的构成，不能无视概念范畴而进行研究。在后续研究中，中国青少年体质健康政策研究应从总体描述转向特定领域。建议对青少年体质健康术语的使用要规范化。

Abstract： The purpose of this study is to analyze the phenomenon of object drift in the research of adolescent health policies in China. By means of logical thinking and content analysis， the author holds that the object drift in the research of adolescent physical health policies in China is the state of thinking and writing when the research object is clearly set aside， which is embodied in object substitution， object concealment and object classification. The emergence of this phenomenon is mainly due to the physical health of adolescents in China has a certain basis of social knowledge， the superordinate concept of “adolescent health policy” is not clear， and the inducement of adolescent physical health problems is more complex. The policies on physical health of adolescents in China include the normative documents， law and regulations issued by the Chinese government to promote the physical health of adolescents. According to the function， the policies on physical health of adolescents can be divided into two types：“measurement” and “promotion”. From the perspective of content dimension， the policies on physical health of adolescents include sports， education， health， nutrition and leisure. In the research process of the physical health policy of adolescents in China， we should make clear the composition of the research object， and should not ignore the concept category. In the follow-up study， the physical health policy of adolescents should move from the overall description to the specific field . It is recommended that the use of adolescent physical health terminology should be standardized.
