摘    要：运用文献研究法与逻辑分析法等，通过对我国冰雪体育产业链的概念界定，从“多链”融合视角分析我国冰雪体育产业产值增值的内在逻辑，以“供给力—引导力—驱动力”为主线构建我国冰雪体育产业“多链”融合的适宜性框架，进而提出我国冰雪体育产业“多链”融合的路径：1）完善我国冰雪体育产业多元主体供给机制，构建共建、共享、共赢的冰雪体育产业主体网络;2）整合我国冰雪体育资源要素，增拓“核心-衍生-新兴”冰雪体育产业产值的增值空间;3）提高我国冰雪体育产业发展效能，探索构建 “全季、全时、全域”运营的冰雪运动场馆多功能空间;4）以区块链技术创新我国冰雪体育企业管理思路。以期为我国冰雪体育产业产值增值作理论参考。

Abstract：Through using the methods of literature review and logical analysis， and by defining the concept of Chinas ice and snow sports industry chain， this paper analyzes the internal logic of the value-added development of Chinas ice and snow sports industry chain from the perspective of “multi-chain” integration， take“supply force， guiding force， driving force” as the main line to construct the suitable framework of “multi-chain” integration of Chinas ice and snow sports industry， and then put forward the path of “multi-chain” integration of Chinas ice and snow sports industry： 1） To improve the supply mechanism of multi-subject co-governance in Chinas ice and snow sports industry， and build a network of ice and snow sports industry entities that are jointly built， shared and win-win; 2） To integrate the elements of Chinas ice and snow sports resources， and expand the value-added space of “core， derivative， emerging” ice and snow sports industry; 3） To promote the development efficiency of Chinas  ice and snow sports industry， and explore the construction of ice  and snow sports venues with “full-season， full-time， full-area” operation of the functional space; 4） To innovate the governance logic of Chinas ice and snow sports enterprise with block chain technology. The aim is to provide theoretical reference for the output value addition of Chinas ice and snow sports industry chain and the promotion of the development of Chinas ice and snow sports enterprises.

隨着2022年北京冬奥会筹办工作全面推进，我国冰雪体育产业迎来了历史性发展机遇期。伴随供给侧结构性改革、通信技术变革，我国冰雪体育产业的人才、资金等要素特征发生了变化，由此引起我国冰雪体育产业链结构的变化。我国冰雪体育产业尚处于探索发展阶段，调整我国冰雪体育产业结构，实现我国冰雪体育产业链结构平衡与可持续延伸是推动我国冰雪体育产业产值增加的根本途径。但是，目前关于我国冰雪体育产业链的理论研究尚不充足，我国冰雪体育产业发展实践中面临着严峻挑战，亟需进一步加强理论研究，理清我国冰雪体育产业链构建的学理逻辑。……
