【摘 要】目的：探究分析在麻醉临床教学中采取循证医学教育的效果。方法：2019年6月至2021年6月这一时间段从我院的麻醉临床教学实习生中抽选36例作为主要研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为两组，实验组18例，接受循证医学教育，对照组18例，接受常规教育，对比两组实习生的临床教学效果（理论成绩、实践成绩、总成绩、对教学服务的满意度评分）。结果：实验组实习生的理论成绩（95.24±4.11）分、实践成绩（92.35±6.27）分、总成绩（94.11±5.62）分、对教学服务满意度评分（96.46±3.11分）均明显高于对照组的对应评分（88.77±8.39）分、（83.22±8.93）分、（85.46±8.88）分、（91.58±7.49）分，组间差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：在麻醉临床教学中采取循证医学教育能够提高实习生实习理论成绩和实践操作成绩，学习效果更高，另外实习生对教学的满意度也更好，值得临床推广应用。

Application of Evidence-based Medicine Education in Clinical Teaching of Anesthesia

【Abstract】Objective：To explore and analyze the effect of evidence-based medicine education in clinical anesthesia teaching. Methods： 36 cases of clinical anesthesia teaching interns in our hospital from June 2019 to June 2021，were selected as samples for this study and they were randomly divided into two groups. 18 cases in the experimental group received evidence-based medicine education， 18 cases in the control group received regular education， and the clinical teaching effects of the two groups of interns were compared （theoretical score， practical score， total score and satisfaction score of teaching service）. Results： The theoretical scores （95.24±4.11）points， practical scores （92.35±6.27） points， total scores（94.11±5.62）points and satisfaction with teaching services（96.46±3.11） points of the interns in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group（88.77±8.39）points，（83.22±8.93）points，（85.46±8.88）points and（91.58±7.49）points. The difference between the groups was statistically significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion： Taking evidence-based medicine education in anesthesia clinical teaching can improve interns’ theoretical and practical performance， and the learning effect is higher. In addition， interns have better satisfaction with teaching， which is worthy of clinical application..

在临床医學教学中，麻醉临床教学属于非常重要的组成部分，很多手术以及其他治疗方式中，麻醉都是必不可少的，而麻醉药物的选择、麻醉剂量的选择在某种程度上都会直接影响治疗效果，针对这种情况，想要让麻醉临床专业的学生更快适应岗位需求，则需要加强临床实习，通过临床实习教学帮助实习生更快的理解和接受麻醉临床知识，提高学生的操作技能[1-2]。因此，选择合适的教学非常重要，循证医学教育属于新型教学方式的一种，将其运用于麻醉临床教学中，能够发挥出很好的教学效果。因此，本文2019年6月至2021年6月这一时间段从我院的麻醉临床教学实习生中抽选36例作为主要研究对象，主要探究分析在麻醉临床教学中采取循证医学教育的效果，现报道如下。……
