【摘 要】目的：探讨阶段性护理干预在产后出血护理中的应用效果。方法：选取我院妇产科2019年4月至12月接收的产妇72例作为研究对象，将产妇分成实验组和对照组（n=36例），实验组应用阶段性护理干预，对照组应用常规护理干预，比较两组产妇的护理效果。结果：实验组产后2h出血量、24h出血量明显少与对照组，实验组的止血时间明显短于对照在，住院时间也短于对照组，数据之间存在显著性差异（P<0.05）。结论：阶段性护理干预在产后出血中应用，可以起到降低产妇产后出血量和促进产妇产后快速康复的作用，值得推广应用。

The effect of applying stage nursing intervention on postpartum hemorrhage

【Abstract】Objective：To explore the effect of stage nursing intervention in the nursing of postpartum hemorrhage.Methods：72 cases of parturients received from the department of obstetrics and gynecology in our hospital from April 2019 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects， and the parturients were divided into experimental group and control group （36 cases/group）. The experimental group was treated with staged nursing intervention and the control group applied routine nursing intervention， compare the nursing effect of the two groups of parturients.Results：The postpartum blood loss， hemostasis time and hospital stay of the experimental group were better than those of the control group at 2，24h postpartum， the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion：The application of staged nursing intervention in postpartum hemorrhage can reduce the amount of postpartum hemorrhage and promote the rapid recovery of parturients.It is worthy of popularization and application.

產后出血是产妇分娩后十分常见的症状，如若产后出血未能得到及时、有效的控制，产妇很可能会出现失血性休克、严重贫血和凝血功能紊乱等并发症，不仅会对产妇的产后恢复造成严重的影响，还有可能对产妇的生命安全造成严重的威胁[1]。大多数产后出血是由产妇的宫缩乏力、产道损伤、胎盘因素和凝血功能障碍等原因造成的，常规护理干预无法针对性地解决产妇产后出血问题，因此，本文将选取我院妇产科2019年4月到2019年12月接受的产妇72例作为研究对象，探讨阶段性护理干预在产后出血护理中的应用效果。具体探讨如下。
