【摘 要】目的：分析在子宫肌瘤患者护理期间应用持续性人文关怀理念与精细化护理进行联合干预所取得的临床价值。方法：在2018年1月至2021年1月期间医院收治的子宫肌瘤患者中选取80例随机分为两组，对照组行常规护理，研究组应用持续性人文关怀理念与精细化护理进行联合干预，对比两组患者护理效果。结果：经护理，两组患者的不良心理状态均有所改善，SAS、SDS评分明显下降，且研究组的SAS（20.41±1.56）分、SDS评分（20.31±2.22），分明显低于对照组（26.65±1.74）分、（26.17±2.31）分，P<0.05；此外，研究组护理依从性（97.50%）明显高于对照组（82.50%），P<0.05；研究组护理满意度（95.00%）明显高于对照组（77.50%），P<0.05。结论：在子宫肌瘤患者护理期间，通过应用持续性人文关怀理念与精细化护理进行联合干预，有利于帮助患者实现对于术后不良心理的合理改善，对于其术后健康的合理恢复具有良好的促进意义。

The effect of the concept of continuous humanistic care and refined nursing on the unhealthy psychology of postoperative patients with uterine fibroids

【Abstract】Objective：To analyze the clinical value of applying continuous humanistic care concept and refined nursing during the nursing period of patients with uterine fibroids. Methods： From January 2018 to January 2021，80 patients with uterine fibroids admitted to the hospital were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received routine nursing， and the research group applied continuous humanistic care concept and refined nursing for joint intervention to compare the nursing effect of the two groups of patients. Results： After nursing， the poor mental state of the two groups of patients was improved， the SAS and SDS scores were significantly reduced， and the SAS and SDS scores of the research group（20.4±1.56）points，（20.31±2.22）points were significantly lower than those of the control group （26.65±1.74）points，（26.17±2.31）points，P<0.05； In addition， the nursing compliance of the research group （97.50%） was significantly higher than that of the control group （82.50%），P<0.05； the nursing satisfaction of the research group （95.00%） was significantly higher that of the control group （77.50%）， P<0.05.Conclusions： During the nursing period of patients with uterine fibroids， joint intervention by applying the concept of continuous humanistic care and refined nursing is helpful to help patients achieve reasonable improvement of poor postoperative mentality， and has a good promotion significance for the reasonable recovery of their postoperative health.

作為女性常见问题之一，子宫肌瘤往往可对其日常生活与工作造成不良影响，继而不利于女性预后健康的合理维系。基于此，研究人员指出，在患者临床护理过程中，医护工作人员应合理做好对于护理模式的充分探索，从而有效实现护理服务工作综合水平的全面提升[1]。本文针对在子宫肌瘤患者护理期间应用持续性人文关怀理念与精细化护理进行联合干预所取得的临床价值进行了分析，现报道如下。
