摘要：随着科技革命快速发展，人工智能已经渗入到我们生活的各个领域。交通工具革新，自动驾驶技术，智能网联汽车投入运用，人工智能将对于现时代下高校毕业生就业也产生了很大的影响。本文研究探讨人工智能对汽车专业就业的影响及对策研究，分析了当前汽车专业中存在的问题及不足，据此提出针对性的应对策略，协同推动人工智能技术进步与经济增长和高校毕业生就业质量提升。

Abstract： With the rapid development of the scientific and technological revolution， artificial intelligence has penetrated into every field of our life. The innovation of transportation tools， autonomous driving technology and the application of intelligent net-connected cars， artificial intelligence will also have a great impact on the employment of college graduates in the current era.This paper studies the influence of artificial intelligence on the employment of automobile majors and the countermeasures.Based on the analysis of the existing problems and deficiencies in the current automobile major， this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to promote the technical progress of artificial intelligence and economic growth， and improve the employment quality of college graduates.

0  引言

大数据时代和互联网的快速发展，人工智能逐渐繁荣。人工智能广泛应用在技术研究、管理系统和工程系统中。我国政府的鼓励和支持同时也成就了人工智能在我国市场的发展。不管是简单的机械动作还是复杂的感知任务，借助于虚拟学习技术，所展现出的实力都可圈可点。有朝一日，若机器在处理任务时的表现优于人类，那么人类恐怕将无法保住自己的工作，就业率将大幅下降。

新技术的发展，人工智能设备的加入会消灭一些工作岗位，但也会创造出更多的工作岗位。在这个过程中，传统的汽车维修行业势必会受到冲击。但作为劳动者，汽车维修从业人员需要不断的进行自我提高，更新自己的知识库，来面对新技术对传统工作岗位的颠覆和新岗位的产生。技术在提高，社会在变化，汽车维修从业人员也要改变，通过不断提高自己，使自己能够适应职场的变化。……
