摘要：缘分，就是这样不期而遇，冥冥之中，有一根线牵引着你我， 总会在合适的时间、合适的地点让我们相遇。

今年，是我工作的第六个年头，一共带了两届学生。这两届学生承载着我的教育梦，我付出了我满腔的热血和激情，但回想起来，总是感觉缺乏一点什么，却又说不出什么。今年接新初一 之际，有幸参加了“国培计划”的班主任培训，在这里聆听了众 多专家的讲座，遇到了太多有教育情怀的班主任，尤其是接触到新教育的观念，简直让我欣喜若狂，我终于明白了为什么我的带班总觉得缺乏了什么。纵然我有一腔热血，有很多想法，却不知道如何实施，更不知道怎样做比较利于学生的成长，新教育却给我了灵感，给了我能够实施我想法的落脚点。

This year， it is my sixth year of work， and I have two classes of students. These two years of students carry my education dream， I paid my full of blood and passion， but in retrospect， always feel a little lack of something， but can not say what. At the beginning of the new Junior high school this year， I had the honor to participate in the headteacher training of "National Training Plan"， where I listened to the lectures of many experts， met too many headteachers with educational feelings， especially in contact with the concept of new education， which made me extremely ecstatic. I finally understood why my head teacher always felt lacking something. Although I have a lot of passion， but do not know how to implement， do not know how to do more conducive to the growth of students， the new education has given me inspiration， give me to implement my ideas.

在新初一还未报到之时，我就开始在考虑，可以和全班孩子

一起做点什么，既可以培养孩子坚持的品质，又可以陶冶孩子的情操，更可以增强班集体的凝聚力。在曾经的两届带班过程中， 我也尝试过和孩子们一起做什么，比如写周记、看书、搞各种活动，虽然都如火如荼地进行着，但基本没有一件事是三年可以一直坚持下来了。学习了新教育之后，发现做好班主任空有一腔热血是不够的，需要不断地学习，不断地引用先进的办法。之所以之前没有能够坚持，主要还是我的随意性。每一次活动，我的每一个想法，都具有随意性，并没有产生连续性，更没有思考这项活动的意义何在。……
