基于叶脉骨架结构的股骨柄设计方法

摘要: 为提高股骨柄假体与股骨髓腔的匹配程度,通过股骨关键横切面获取股骨髓腔形态参数,选取粗隆区域为感兴趣区域并构建其叶脉骨架结构,基于叶脉骨架结构的股骨柄假体设计方法构建股骨柄模型。该方法考虑股骨柄局部感兴趣区域的二次编辑修改性,操作简单、灵活、高效,并可以解决假体模型后期修改困难的问题。有限元分析结果表明,构建的股骨柄假体具有良好的力学性能。

Design method of femoral stem based on
vein skeleton structure

Abstract: To improving the matching degree between femoral stem prosthesis and femoral medullary cavity, the morphological parameters of femoral medullary cavity are obtained from the key cross section of femur, and the tuberosity region is selected as the region of interest and its vein skeleton structure is constructed, and then the femoral stem model is constructed using the design method of femoral stem prosthesis based on vein skeleton structure. The secondary editing modifiability of the local region of interest of the femoral stem is considered, and the operation is simple, flexible and efficient. The modification difficulty of prosthesis model in the later stage can be solved by this method. The results of finite element analysis show that the femoral stem prosthesis has good mechanical properties.
