摘要 目的：研究六君子湯中陈皮对脾虚模型大鼠胃肠道调节的药效学过程，从而明确中药复方配伍后的药效物质基础及作用机制，为后期合理用药提供参考。方法：以脾虚证模型大鼠为研究对象，以胃肠激素水平、CD3细胞百分率及TFF3mRNA表达情况为主要指标，大鼠体质量变化、胃排空率及小肠推进率为辅助指标，追踪并鉴定陈皮胃肠动力调节及胃肠免疫作用的活性成分。结果：各批次六君子汤可显著改善脾虚模型大鼠的一般状态，对脾虚模型大鼠有促进胃排空及小肠推进作用，可显著升高血浆中MTL及血清中GAS的含量，降低血浆中VIP的含量，使小肠黏膜中CD3细胞百分率明显升高，TFF3mRNA的表达情况明显优于造模恢复组及长期造模组。结论：含有陈皮的六君子汤可通过调节胃肠激素水平从而改善脾虚症状引起的胃肠动力紊乱，能够升高免疫细胞的数量，增强TFF3mRNA的表达，可进而促进受损肠黏膜细胞的修复，增强肠黏膜防御能力。

Pharmacodynamics Study of Liujunzi Decoction in Regulating Gastrointestinal Tract of Rats with Spleen Deficiency

Abstract Objective：To study the pharmacodynamic process of Liujunzi Decoction in regulating the gastrointestinal tract of rats with spleen deficiency by using dried Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium，so as to clarify the pharmacodynamic material basis and mechanism of action after the compatibility of Chinese medicinals，and to provide references for the rational use of drugs in the later period.Methods：We took spleen-deficiency model rats as the research objects，using gastrointestinal hormone levels，CD3 cell percentage and TFF3mRNA expression as the main indicators，rat body weight change，gastric emptying rate and small intestinal propulsion rate as auxiliary indicators，tracking and identifying Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae′s active ingredient for gastrointestinal motility regulation and gastrointestinal immunity.Results：Each batch of Liujunzi Decoction can significantly improve the general state of spleen-deficiency model rats，promote gastric emptying and small intestine propulsion in spleen-deficiency model rats，significantly increase the content of MTL in plasma and GAS in serum，and reduce plasma The content of VIP in the small intestine significantly increased the percentage of CD3 cells in the small intestinal mucosa，and the expression of TFF3mRNA was significantly better than the model recovery group and the long-term model.Conclusion：Liujunzi Decoction containing Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae can improve the gastrointestinal motility disorder caused by spleen deficiency symptoms by regulating the level of gastrointestinal hormones，increase the number of immune cells，enhance the expression of TFF3 mRNA，and promote the repair of damaged intestinal mucosal cells，and enhance intestinal mucosal defense capabilities.

六君子汤出自《医学正传》，为四君子汤加陈皮、半夏而成。作为基础方加味治疗脾胃病证，应用非常广泛，如脾胃气虚兼痰湿證、食少便溏、胸脘痞闷、呕逆等。现代临床常用于慢性胃炎、胃及十二指肠溃疡等属脾胃气虚者[1-4]。但由于受条件限制，迄今为止，对六君子汤进行深入的分析和研究很少，其研究仍局限于汤剂药理作用，对方中药味在胃肠道调节和胃肠道免疫等方面的研究基本上仍是空白[5-6]。……
