摘要 目的：觀察健脾生血颗粒治疗化疗相关性贫血的疗效。方法：选取2018年1月至2020年7月武汉市汉阳医院肿瘤科收治的因恶性肿瘤化疗导致贫血的患者60例作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法将患者分为观察组和对照组，每组30例。观察组给予健脾生血颗粒，对照组给予三维亚铁咀嚼片，治疗4周后评价2组疗效，比较总有效率、血常规指标、症状评分、血清肿瘤标志物、睡眠质量评分、生命质量评分。结果：治疗后观察组总有效率为96.67%，高于对照组80.00%（P<0.05）;治疗后观察组的血红蛋白、白细胞计数、红细胞平均体积均高于对照组（P<0.01）;治疗后观察组的神疲乏力、头晕耳鸣、面色苍白、食欲减退等症状评分均低于对照组（P<0.01）;治疗后观察组的血清癌胚抗原、糖类抗原125水平均低于对照组（P<0.01），观察组的匹兹堡睡眠质量指数评分低于对照组（P<0.01），观察组的生命质量评分高于对照组（P<0.01）。结论：健脾生血颗粒可有效缓解恶性肿瘤患者化疗相关性贫血症状，改善睡眠状况，提升生命质量。

Curative Observation on Jianpi Shengxue Granules on Chemotherapy-related Anemia

Abstract Objective：To explore the clinical efficacy and function of Jianpi Shengxue Granules in chemotherapy-related anemia.Methods：From January 2018 to July 2020，a total of 60 malignant tumor patients with anemia caused by chemotherapy admitted to Wuhan Hanyang Hospital were selected as the research objects，and were randomly divided into 2 groups with 30 cases each.The control group was given three-dimensional ferrous chewable tablets，and the observation group was given Jianpi Shengxue Granules.We evaluated the efficacy of 2 groups after 4 weeks of treatment.The total effective rate，blood routine index，symptom score，serum tumor markers，sleep quality score and life quality score were compared between the 2 groups.Results：The total effective rate of observation group was 96.67%，which was higher than that of control group （80.00%，P<0.05）.After treatment，hemoglobin，red blood cell count and average volume of red blood cells in observation group were higher than those in control group （P<0.01）.After treatment，the scores of fatigue，dizziness，tinnitus，pallor and anorexia in the observation group than the control group （P<0.01）.After treatment，the serum levels of CEA and CA125 were lower in the observation group than the control group （P<0.01），the PSQI score was lower in the observation group than the control group （P<0.01），and the score of life quality was higher in the observation group than the control group （P<0.01）.Conclusion：Jianpi Shengxue Granules can effectively relieve the symptoms of chemotherapy-related anemia in patients with malignant tumor，which is beneficial to improve their sleep status and improve their quality of life.

化疗是治疗恶性肿瘤的重要手段，其主要通过化学药物抑制癌细胞增殖、诱导癌细胞凋亡从而达到治疗目的，但存在易引发不良反应的问题[1-2]。化疗相关性贫血是恶性肿瘤患者化疗期间最常见的不良反应之一，表现为神疲乏力、食欲减退、头晕耳鸣等，严重影响到患者的生命质量，不利于患者预后[3-4]。为确保恶性肿瘤患者化疗效果，需对化疗相关性贫血进行积极治疗。……
