摘 要：排球运动传入我国一百多年来，在经历了百年发展历程后，其理论与实践体系日益成熟，然而结合排球运动训练实践和国内外相关理论来看，我国排球运动理论仍有待完善之处。研究认为：攻防转换系统对排球运动实践具有重要的指导意义，但我国的相关理论研究較为匮乏。从我国排球运动理论中存在的问题以及排球运动理论与实践需要入手，研究攻防系统，形成了攻防转换系统的定义、分类及其结构的完整理论体系，并探讨了攻防转换系统对彰显排球运动规律、指导排球运动技战术实践方面的应用前瞻，以期为排球运动理论体系提供多维认识视角，引起学界对上述问题的深入思考，进一步丰富排球运动的理论体系。

Transition： A new system of volleyball tactics

Abstract：Since volleyball was introduced into China more than one hundred years ago， the volleyball teaching and training theory and practice in China have been gradually improved. According to the practice of volleyball training and relevant theories at home and abroad， the theory of volleyball in China still needs to be improved. Research showed that transition system was very important for volleyball practice， but related theoretical research in China needs to be enriched. This paper studied the transition system by starting from the problems existing in Chinese volleyball theory， as well as the offense and defense system in the volleyball theory and practice， analyzed the definition， classification and the theoretical value and practical significance of the transition system. It hopes to provide a multi-dimensional understanding of volleyball， introduce thorough thinking on transition system， and enrich the theoretical system of volleyball.

当前我国排球运动理论按组织形式将战术划分为进攻和防守两类，或者按战术运用分类将战术分为“四攻”系统（一攻、反攻、推攻、保攻）[1];但是对攻防两系统之间的衔接过程讨论不多，攻防（防攻）转换系统的研究较为鲜见。然而，以“攻防转换”为关键词检索中国知网，以核心期刊的发文来看：同属于集体项目的篮球、足球项目以及同属于隔网对抗类的羽毛球、乒乓球等项目对攻防转换的研究并不少见，唯独排球领域对攻防转换系统的研究相对较少。相关理论研究的不足直接导致了排球教学训练实践层面的转换过程对运动经验的依赖性强，此种局限最终影响了基层排球教学与训练的深入开展。……
