摘要：公共图书馆是区域文献信息资源服务与保障中心，是为地方经济、文化和社会发展提供信息支持的公共文化服务机构。同时，面向广大读者提供阅读推广服务是公共图书馆的重要社会职能之一。在当今大数据时代，开展基于数据分析与研究的阅读推广服务成为公共图书馆的重要课题。该文在大数据时代数据处理方式以及大数据的特征与特点分析的基础上，总结公共图书馆在大数据时代开展阅读推广活动的现状、特点和问题，进而提出公共图书馆利用大数据功能实现阅读推广服务创新的思路和对策。

Innovation of Reading Promotion Service of Public Library in the Era of Big Data

Abstract：Public library is the service and security center of regional document information resource， providing information support for local economic， cultural and social development of public cultural service institutions.At the same time， it is one of the important social functions of public library to provide reading promotion service for the broad audience.In the era of big data， it has become an important task for public libraries to carry out reading promotion service based on data analysis and research.Based on the analysis of the data processing methods and the characteristics and characteristics of big data in the era of big data， this paper summarizes the status quo， characteristics and problems of public libraries' reading promotion activities in the era of big data， and then puts forward ideas and countermeasures for public libraries to realize the innovation of reading promotion services by using big data functions.

数据是存储在某种介质上能够被识别的物理符号，是对事实、概念或指令的一种表达形式。作为信息的载体，数据处理贯穿于人们整个社会生产和生活的每个领域，数据处理无处不在，数据处理技术的不断发展和创新，对整个人类社会发展起到至关重要的作用。

大数据时代的来临，更好地对数据进行存储与分析，从而有效地对数据进行管理。公共图书馆是区域经济社会信息资源与文献保障中心，其汇集储存的文献信息资源为地方经济、文化、社会发展提供较为全面而强大的信息支持，同时，面向广大读者提供阅读服务。阅读推广服务是公共图书馆重要的社会职能，在大数据时代，如何利用读者、借阅、文献资源等多类别的大数据，深入进行数据分析与研究，设计开发出符合读者阅读需求特点的阅读推广服务，已成为公共图书馆的重要课题。……
