摘要：近年来，随着我国高校图书馆的不断发展，编目业务外包将成为图书馆采编工作的必然趋势，从大部分图书馆的实践来看，编目业务外包的优势虽然显著，但所有外包的书目数据也存在诸多问题，严重影响了书目数据库的质量和文献资源的共建共享。因此，该文结合笔者所在图书馆中文图书编目业务外包的实践工作，对外包编目数据存在的主要问题进行了分析，并提出了编目数据审校的主要内容。

Review Practice of Chinese Book Cataloging Outsourcing Bibliographic Data Revision

Abstract： In recent years， with the continuous development of college libraries in China， cataloging outsourcing will become an inevitable trend in library acquisition and cataloging work. From the practice of most libraries， although the advantages of cataloging outsourcing are significant， there are also many problems in all outsourced bibliographic data， which have seriously affected the quality of bibliographic database and the co construction and sharing of literature resources. Therefore， combined with the practice of outsourcing Chinese book cataloging in author's library， this paper analyzes the main problems of outsourced cataloging data， and puts forward the main contents of cataloging data revision.

随着现代网络技术的迅猛发展，图书馆的外部大环境和内部服务要求都随之有所提高，编目工作性质和方式也发生了很大的变化。为了实现资源共建共享，提高工作效率，且编目工作要求更规范化、标准化，促使图书馆与书商合作共同建设书目数据库。

1 图书编目业务外包发展的必然性

图书编目是图书馆一项专业性强、技术性高、复杂细致的工作，但由于图书馆自身

人力的缺乏，从而延缓新书上架流通的传递周期，影响了读者对文献资源的需求，降低了图书馆的工作效率和服务质量。因此，图书馆界自20世纪90年代开始，国内各大图书馆为了弥补编目人员的力量不足，缓解编目人员的工作压力，缩短新书上架流通周期，因而开展编目业务外包形式[1]。
