摘要：高职院校是意识形态工作的重要阵地。网络时代，高职院校意识形态工作面临着新的挑战。新媒体是高职院校意识形态工作的重要载体。应用新媒体技术创新意识形态工作模式，构建意识形态网络阵地，强化意识形态工作的领导权，拓展意识形态教育的内容和形式，营造积极的意识形态舆论环境，更好的传播正能量，培育核心价值体系，有效提升高职院校意识形态工作的质量。

Abstract： Higher vocational colleges are important positions for ideological work. In the Internet age， ideological work in higher vocational colleges is facing new challenges. New media is an important carrier of ideological work in higher vocational colleges. Apply new media technology to innovate ideological work models， build ideological network positions， strengthen leadership in ideological work， expand the content and form of ideological education， create a positive ideological public opinion environment， better spread positive energy， and cultivate the core The value system effectively improves the quality of ideological work in higher vocational colleges.

高职院校是人才培养和文化传承的重要基地，是各种思想文化交流交融交汇的地方，是意识形态工作的前沿阵地[1]。随着网络技术的发展，高职院校学生面临的各种文化思想的冲击日益强烈，这为高职院校的意识形态工作提出了新的问题和挑战。

新媒体是利用网络技术、数字技术、移动技术，通过网络向用户提供信息的媒体形态。新媒体表现形式丰富多样，能够打破时空的限制实时发布信息，在各领域得到广泛应用。应用新媒体技术，能更好地提升高职院校意识形态工作的质量和效果。

1新媒体的功能

相对于传统媒体，新媒体实现了信息的实时传播，传播与更新速度快、成本低。只要有网络，人们随时随地都可以查看新媒体信息、发布自己的动态信息。新媒体技术让我们的生活更加便捷，在一定程度上推动了社会的进步。
