摘要：信息素养是职前“全科-应用型”小学教育专业师范生必备素养之一。当前“全科-应用型”小学教育专业师范生存在信息素养意识薄弱、信息搜索方法单一、信息鉴别能力缺乏以及信息技术应用能力偏弱等问题。针对存在问题，结合当前“全科-应用型”小学教育专业师范生培养实践，发现信息素养的有效培育策略主要有：创新“全科-应用型”小学教育专业人才培养方案;完善“全科-应用型”小学教育专业课程体系;提升任课教师信息素养以及充分发挥大赛引领作用。

关键词：“全科-应用型”小学教育专业师范生职前信息素养存在问题培育策略

Problems and Effective Cultivation Strategies of Pre-service InformationLiteracy of “General Practice-Applied”Normal

Students Majoring in Primary Education

Abstract：Information literacy is one of the essential literacy of the pre-service "General Practice-Applied"normal students majoring in primary education. The current problems of students’ Information literacyare as follows： information literacy is weak，information search method is single， information identification ability is lack and application ability of information technology is weak . In view of the existing problems， combined with the current training practice of "General Practice-Applied" normal students majoring in primary education， it is found that the effective cultivation strategies of information literacy mainly include： innovating the training scheme of "General Practice-Applied" primary education major，perfect the curriculum system，improve teachers' information literacy and give full play to the leading role of the competition.

教育信息化引發教育技术领域发生巨大变革，信息化教学设备及软件与平台的介入为小学教育教学带来了新的生机与活力，有利于更好地促进基础教育公平，提高基础教育质量。信息时代的到来显然也对“全科-应用型”小学教育专业师范生人才培养提出了新的更高要求。面对教育信息化的新形势与新需求，信息素养的培育对未来更好地从事小学教师工作的师范生至关重要，作为培养小学教师的高等院校需主动求变、应变，牢牢把握教育信息化的时代机遇，将信息素养的培养与提升有机融入到小学教育专业人才培养全过程，使学生在真正走上小学教师工作岗位前就具备一定的信息素养，增强小学教育专业师范生的就业竞争力，为将来更好地从事小学教师工作打下坚实基础。……
